Kaya Side

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Kaya. The rooms were spotless and everything was well maintained, nothing felt out of order. The minibar was restocked daily without fail, which was a nice touch. The food was excellent throughout our stay, and the staff really made the experience: professional and efficient, but also warm and genuinely friendly. It's a great combination that's hard to find. Highly recommend if you're looking for a clean, well run hotel with a great team behind it. I want to especially mention Oguz from the animation team, top lad! He made us feel welcome and he is such a fun person

Everything was great! Amazing location with super clean and comfortable rooms, very organized and friendly staff, varied programs for everyone, amazing atmosphere and mostly fantastic buffet!

Overall, the hotel left a good impression. There are better hotels and there are worse ones, but for the price, this is a perfectly decent option. We travelled as a family of five, aged from 7 to 47, and stayed for ten days. The grounds are not very large, but they are well maintained and quite convenient. The food was nothing out of the ordinary — the selection was decent, and over ten days, of course, some things are repeated, but the kids definitely never went hungry. The rooms are a little “tired”, although we didn't have any serious problems. We liked the animation, especially the kids. You can see that the team is genuinely making an effort. I would also like to mention the bar separately. In my opinion, a lot depends on the people, and the team here is good. Yunus in particular — we spoke with him quite a lot, and you can tell that he genuinely cares about his work and keeps an eye on everything that is going on. Çetin, Furkan, Serhat, Mehmet, Anil and Batuhan are also great, always welcoming, quick with the service and never looking annoyed. Overall, the rooms could use some updating, the food is acceptable for a 5-star hotel, and the bar staff are definitely one of the hotel's strong points.

I went to the hotel with my 17-year old daughter. We really liked everything. I was surprised by cleaning services since the rooms were thoroughly cleaned every day, the mini bar was refilled. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable, the whole territory is well-maintained and clean. The beach is nice too but the sea is a bit rough and wavy, especially in the afternoon. The food was varied and delicious for everyone’s taste. The animation team was absolutely amazing, working hard every day from morning till night and trying to involve everyone. We enjoyed the night programme and discos by the pool, special love goes to Hiwi and Lina, but all the others were very nice too. The staff of the hotel was friendly, always smiling overall, we really felt welcome! Thanks to the photographer Deniz for amazing photo album! We will definitely come back next season.

We are currently here for the 5th day, everything is very good!!! It is the 5th hotel in Turkey that we have stayed at (starlight, belconti, juju, green bay). This hotel has a very high rating of 9 on Booking, and it fully deserves it. The hotel is old, consisting of 2 blocks, one main and one additional, and because everything is well organized, extremely clean everywhere, the staff is highly appreciated, they put in the effort in everything. Honestly, from my own experience, I would compare the attitude of the waiters and staff to that of a juju. The large territory has places to spend time, slides for adults and slides for children, large and clean pools, the beach is very large, there are enough sun loungers for everyone, the beach is combined sand and gravel, the water in the sea is very clean, there are places on the shore entering the water at 2-3 meters and it is steep (deep) for children without parents it is very dangerous for that reason I noticed that there are 3-4 lifeguards throughout the day supervising that everything is ok, the entrance to the water is not rocky it is pleasant to the touch with the feet some people get confused because it is rocky I personally have special glasses that I dived to admire the beauty of the sea shores and I saw the water being very very clean and the whole seabed is like a rock with bumps but not sharp and it makes a beautiful view admiring various beautiful and big fish! The food is also very tasty, before we came we read reviews that the food is repetitive, it's wrong, we're already on our fifth day and there's always something diverse, as I mentioned before, the waiters in the restaurant make the most of their effort, always very neat and everything is clean. On the territory every day there are various activities for both children and adults. Ice cream always on the territory never ends. Various drinks, cocktails, etc. (ultra all inclusive) feels... In my opinion, the hotel is old BUT maintained to the maximum with all the necessary things + everything neat and clean, by the way, I have not seen wifi in any hotel yet - extremely good, I was at the beach in the sea and I received SMS via messenger, I'm not even talking about the rooms, I never had any errors, and one more thing, the rooms are very spacious (in an additional building, not the main one)
