Very good services and listening to client needs

A large, beautiful and well-maintained resort with friendly and helpful staff. The food was excellent, with plenty of variety and something for everyone. The huge pool complex and wide range of activities and entertainment make this hotel a great choice for families. There is always something to do for both children and adults. Overall, a fantastic resort for a relaxing and fun-filled family holiday. Excellent value for money we really enjoyed our stay.

‘Never judge at hotel at night’ was a lesson learned. Check in (11.30 ish) was fine although the lobby was extremely busy! - I later found out this was due to entertainment just finishing. The guest manager Ramazan kindly changed our room for a sea view. We could hear the buzz of music from our room but this wasn’t an issue for us. Some people may not like this though. We headed to one of the bars and to check out the late night snacks. The snacks were limited but availability out of hours was handy. We had a standard room with an extra sofa bed for our teenager which initially we thought wouldn’t be the best. It was pretty cosy but we got used to it and it was more than adequate for our trip. The sofa bed didnt pull out properly which was quickly rectified by the night duty hotel staff and they pushed in a foldable bed. In hindsight, the bed was the best option for us anyway so ask if you prefer this. Room was well furnished with air con plus a ceiling fan which runs pretty quietly on low setting. Safe in the room. The daytime view (our first) was fantastic. The sea view and small balcony was lovely plus a spot for if you had some small bits of washing during the stay. Large enough to sit out and look at the view. Pools were great. Loads of space and lots of choice. Sun loungers weren’t an issue. If you wanted prime pool edge spots then of course, the early birds were catching those. But generally we didn’t struggle to get a decent place to camp out for the day. There is music pumped in every day and that can get quite monotonous, but again, there are other pool areas away from that or the beach if it’s really an issue. If you prefer the beach then there were also numerous loungers plus loungers on the end of the pier. Again early birds get these but we still saw a few available a varying points in the day. Daytime entertainment was varied. Some clashed (darts and volleyball) but the animation crew were keen and engaging. Def added to the fun. Lots of places to eat and drink. We sometimes had to ask for the branded drinks as they sometimes had alternatives but again this wasn’t anything major and once they knew you, they would serve those straight away. The staff in all of the food areas were so hard working and attentive! This was notable no matter which areas we went to or at what time of day. Haşim Kaya was a person of note for his service but generally all the service staff were great. Very polite, helpful and welcoming. Food was very varied and we always ate well at all times of the day. I would say that on limited occasions, some of the dishes weren’t piping hot, but this could easily be due to times we ate. Again this wasn’t a major negative as there was lots of choice. We jumped on a bus one evening to head into Belek. The bus stop was right outside the hotel entrance which was handy. Taxis were charging €10 but the air conditioned bus was €1.50 each and the journey was a short one. The shops were what you’d expect and they like a little haggle. Number 28 bus there and back came every 30mins. Hotel is clean and well maintained in all areas. Oh yeah, there are cats here! We only saw a few and they belong to the hotel. We didn’t see them in any food areas but they do knock about. We were lucky to see the ‘Unforgettables’ a band that offered top quality entertainment. A quartet of vocalists that sang numerous hits from differing genres. Always got the crowd engaged and a definite treat for music lovers. If you like a sing along and a dance, then these guys are the ones to bring the vibe. We’ve been to turkey 3 times and this hotel def compares favourably with the two other places we've stayed. One thing I think that could be a welcome addition is the availbity of and iron for guests. The hotel only offers an ironing service which is relatively expensive per item. No serious negatives that would stop me booking here again.

Hotel is good but the security on entrance is very arrogant and rude, at the end of the day they need to learn how to treat people more welcoming, as they are the ones who make the first impression.

Stayed for 6 days with family.The room was ok for 3 of us.Food is good also.The beach is also lovely.5 days of 6 weeks pay for pavilion on the beach,that's really worth to have it, your got your privacy lots of shade,and service included, fridge is there for drinks,the waitress brings your fruits ,ice creams also,just for food service you have to pay.
