It’s very lovely staying in Long Beach resort especially it’s show times and activities

Great holiday, big resort, lots to do, many pools. Swim up room recommended. Great for kids.

We have just come back from a great 10 day stay here as a family of 7 with older kids. We stayed in the chalets in the villa area which I would highly recommend, this allows you access to the villa pools, bars and restaurant which is much better than the main restaurant. If you have a villa wristband eat lunch at the villa bar next to the volleyball court, freshly cooked burgers, chicken, fries etc, lovely there and we only discovered it on last day! Pros: The resort is huge, there is so much to do here for everyone. Numerous pools, waterpark areas, beach with pier to jump in from (big hit with the teens) snack bars, activities (some paid such as zip line and surf simulator which was great) Entertainment team are great at organising activities and keeping the kids entertained, we did the archery and air rifle shooting several times, big shout out to Sourinhoo who was brilliant and even gave the winners medals for taking part. There is also set things such as foam parties in the pool on certain days. Evening entertainment we found really good, the shows in the theatre on the beach side were good quality, rides after the show a big hit too, although very busy. There is also an arcade with machines, pool tables etc. this is expensive I thought but good to spend some time in of an evening. Everywhere is very clean and tidy, the staff work non stop and everyone I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. Several shops within the hotel itself and more (cheaper) just outside across the road. The infinity pool on the beach side is open until midnight which again was a huge hit with the teens and lovely to watch the sunset. No sunbed wars, always able to find somewhere no matter what time. Cons: Food isn't the best, but I would say it is standard all inclusive. I am a fussy eater and always found something I liked but did get a bit boring towards the end. The drinks aren't great either very strong cocktails. The main restaurant is absolute chaos, so busy and loud, I didn't enjoy eating in there so ate in the villa restaurant a lot. If you have a late flight the only place you can shower is next to the gym but there are only 2 showers (one male one female) a hotel this size needs more. Zip line very expensive for 30 seconds on the line. Not sure if this is hotel or separate company. Waterpark needs separate queuing system for tube slides and normal slides. My top tip would be on your first evening take a walk round the whole resort and work out where everything is otherwise you will miss things. On the last day we then did a 'pool crawl' from the Harmony side, all of the beach side and back Took a good few hours and meant we didn't miss anything! All in all a great hotel, you won't get bored!

Entertainment staff is fantastic. The mini disco our children love and can’t wait for each evening. During the day the staff are so friendly and enthusiastic, encouraging people to join in. We’ve done the pool aerobics daily and the family can’t miss a darts match. The foam party is also recommended. Loved our time on this holiday and highly recommend for families. The staff aren’t even pushy, they’re so friendly, chatty and pleasant to everyone.

They work incredibly hard to keep guests entertained and involved, and their enthusiasm really makes a difference. The evening shows were particularly enjoyable and gave us something to look forward to every night. The hotel itself is beautiful, with plenty of facilities, swimming pools, restaurants, bars, and activities. There is so much to do that you could easily spend your entire holiday at the resort without getting bored.
