An incredible stay genuinely one of the best hotels we’ve visited We had an absolutely incredible stay at Maxx Royal Belek. I’ve been fortunate enough to stay at many different luxury hotels around the world, and I can genuinely say this is one of the best. The service was 10/10, the food was 10/10, and our personal assistant was 10/10. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and so many of the things I had hoped for from this holiday became a reality. The level of attention and service throughout our stay was exceptional. The rooms were lovely, the choice and quality of food were outstanding, and overall the hotel delivered exactly the kind of luxury family holiday we were hoping for. We left with some amazing memories. There are only a couple of areas where I think the hotel could improve. Some parts of the property are beginning to feel like they could benefit from a little renovation or modernisation. I also think the overall flow and atmosphere of the hotel could be thought through a little more, particularly when it comes to activities and entertainment throughout the day. For families, it would be great to see a few more fun activities for children around the main areas of the resort. Equally, I think the main pool could have a little more atmosphere for adults and families later in the day. There is the pool workout and some music around that time, but afterwards it becomes very quiet. Even some relaxed background music coming from the main pool bar would create a great vibe without needing to turn it into a loud party atmosphere. These are relatively small points, though, and they certainly didn’t take away from what was a spectacular holiday. From the food and service to the personal attention we received, Maxx Royal Belek delivered an exceptional experience. It is very difficult to find a hotel that gets so many things right, and this one certainly does. Without question, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at, and somewhere I would happily return to.**

I d really like to share my very positive experience at the hotel , everything was top notch , the staff were really keeping attention to every detail with a special mention to EMRAH at the restaurant who extremely helpful and smiling with us all the time the food was amazing with so many options , the kids lived this place and didn’t want to return back from it A special thanks to our hotel coordinator NaZLI , she was very helpful in answering all our questions and doing all the reservations for us This hotel deserve a 6 stars

We came to Maxx Royal Belek last year and the main reason we’re back this year is Zeynep Bayındır and her team at the bar. Zeynep is just special. She makes you feel like family from the first moment. She remembers what you like, always greets you with a big smile, and genuinely cares. It’s not the usual hotel service — it feels personal and real. Her whole team is the same, so friendly and attentive. Honestly, coming back this year felt like coming home because of her. In a place this big and luxurious, it’s the people who make the difference, and Zeynep is the best example of that. Thank you Zeynep and team for making our holiday so special again. Every single detail was thoughtfully planned to create the best possible guest experience. We spent five unforgettable days at the hotel, and every member of staff was exceptional. Smiles, genuine warmth, and a “can-do” attitude were always present throughout our stay. From the Aquapark waiters and staff to Batuhan and Ibrahim at Safran Restaurant, and also all staff in Maxxi Land ,everyone consistently went above and beyond to make our holiday truly special. A very special thank you goes to our Maxx Assistants, Esra and Emre. They were always available whenever we needed them, incredibly helpful, attentive, and professional. They made us feel like valued VIP guests, ensuring every request was handled quickly and with genuine care. Their personal attention made a real difference to our holiday, and they are a true credit to the hotel. You should all be incredibly proud of what you’ve created. We can’t wait to see the hotel after the renovations and look forward to returning.

Amazing service from all the staff throughout our stay. Our personal advisor, Zehra, was exceptional. Whenever we needed advice or assistance, she was always quick to respond to our messages and was incredibly helpful. We loved the food, and there was always plenty of space available around the pool, even when we were with our small children. We were never disappointed. The fact that towels and water were already provided made everything so much easier and allowed us to enjoy our day without any hassle. Overall, this is a 5+ star hotel. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. We truly appreciate everything you did for us.
