Superb experience throughout our 1 week stay, the food, staff (especially the entertainment team) was top tier!!

This was our first time going to Turkey and it was the best decision. We chose Paloma Orenda because we read great reviews and saw amazing photos, and I have to say they were all 100% right! The hotel in reality is even better than in those already beautiful photos. We had a Junior Suite room which was perfect for our family of 4 (travelled with 2 kids, 8 and 11). The room was great, very spacious, with mini bar free of charge and restocked every day. It was cleaned every day. The hotel itself has stunning grounds, lots of green areas and is beautifully maintained which make you feel even more relaxed. The pools are really big and the water perfect for swimming and playing. The food is delicious with tons of healthy options. We really liked the snack bar which is open 24/7 and our kids went there 10 x per day to get ice-cream! (when if not on holidays LOL). The beach is amazing too, but the sand can be veeery hot, so use your flip flops when going into the sea (which is warm and beautiful). Now to the animation team. We've been in all-inclusive resorts a few times before, but the animation team at Paloma Orenda was by far the best. There were dedicated activities for smaller kids, as well as teenagers and adults. In some hotels they can be boring, and you feel like the team is not being engaged. Here - on the contrary. You see how much passion they put into their work (which is not easy in almost 40 degrees). And you can actually become friends with them (big shout out especially to Nazar whom my kids loved to bits! They cried on the last day because they wanted to stay with her in Turkey!). We play tennis so the availability of many courts was a big plus for us. There are also many other sports activities available there. If you're consider this hotel - don't hesitate - for us it was the best decision and we would love to come back next year :)

We have just returned from a fantastic week in Turkey and we can sum it up in one sentence: this hotel is absolutely the best place we have stayed at so far! There are simply too many good things to mention, but our stay at Paloma Orenda was sublime in every aspect. Staff with a heart of gold: From the gardener who maintains the beautiful outdoor surroundings to the management team keeping a close eye on everything; truly every single staff member is equally friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble for them to ensure we had an unforgettable time. It genuinely felt like visiting family. Sublime layout and cleanliness: The resort is beautifully and logically designed, making everything very easy to reach. On top of that, the hygiene was absolutely flawless everywhere. The entire hotel was sparkling clean. The best food so far: The food was of absolute top quality and surpassed all our previous holidays. Everything was super fresh and prepared live on the spot with great care right in front of you. A pure delight for the taste buds! Professional entertainment: The animation team did their job with immense passion and professionalism. They created the perfect atmosphere without being pushy, making us feel completely at home from day one. In short: Paloma Orenda has stolen our hearts. Second time in two years Very good hotel, staff are friendly the place is clean. Minor improvements would be for more music around the pool rather than just during activities and for food improvement in the ocean front day restaurant, slightly lacks flavour but overall very good experience. Additionally would like the children pool area to be nob smoking area. Special shout out to Yerham the entertainment manager Yerhan one of the bar staff Selman one of the restaurant servers.
