Paloma Perissia

We stayed for 7 nights at Paloma Perissia, and for us, this was definitely our best holiday yet! We travelled with our son (12) and daughter (9), who can be quite fussy, but the hotel really does cater for everyone when it comes to both food and entertainment. The food was amazing, with such a wide variety and so many restaurants to choose from. There was genuinely something for everyone. The whole team made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We were also able to move rooms to a garden room, which really enhanced our experience. Noise wasn’t an issue for us at all. Of course, there is music and entertainment throughout the day and evening, but if you’re looking for complete peace and quiet, then perhaps a hotel with a different atmosphere would be more suitable. Cleanliness was top tier! I’m a bit of a germaphobe, and the housekeeping team did a marvellous job. Throughout the hotel, staff were clearly conscious of keeping everything clean, tidy and presentable — and it really showed. I’ll be honest, I was apprehensive about coming here. When I booked, I had seen a review suggesting that if you are a Black family, this hotel is “not for Black people.” While I wouldn’t want to take anything away from that guest’s personal experience, I can only speak from our own experience, and ours was completely different. As a Black family, we were made to feel welcome. The staff were friendly, respectful and attentive throughout our stay, and we were treated extremely well. I would absolutely recommend Paloma Perissia and would happily return. My advice is to come, relax and immerse yourself in everything the hotel has to offer — you might just have your best holiday yet! ❤️

Just come back from this hotel as part of a large family. Lovely clean well kept hotel, plenty of clean swimming area and a mini water park for the little ones. We had 5 kids between 1 and 8 with us. Food was pretty good, lovely beach bar. Booked the an Asian night and food lovely. Staff generally attentive and friendly. Lovely rooms that are kept clean. Entertainment excellent. That’s the good bits. Now the not so good. One heck of a lot of steps in the hotel although there are a couple of small lifts. Personally disabled and elderly would struggle. If you like a lie in on hols you will struggle for a bed and space around the main pools to watch your kids. Beds are left unattended for hours. Staff need to look at this. You’re likely to get a bed in the shaded areas. Service is slow particularly pool bar. You even have to queue for milk for your tea at pool bar. Tips go a long way! Restaurant is like a cattle market at peak times and seating is difficult. The hotel need to sort this out. The hotel is on the edge of the strip and is at least an hours brisk walk to Side along the front. There is a taxi rank outside hotel. 10 euros to Side there and 10 back for family of 5. Top tips 1 If you like a cuppa take tea bags. Although plenty of different teas available there. 2 Take lira, cash is king out there. 3 avoid busy times in restaurants 4 get up early for ringside bed 5 Side is a must. 6 tipped staff look after you better

From morning stretch classes to the epic evening shows, they brought so much energy, passion, and positivity every single day. They are not just professional entertainers; they genuinely care about making every guest feel welcome and included. Huge thanks to the whole team for making our vacation truly unforgettable. You guys are the heart and soul of this place! We will definitely be back!

The service at the hotel has been amazing, especially Murat who will keep you topped up with drinks to your sunbed throughout the day. We have loved our time here and will most definitely return in the future! 10/10! We thank the entire Perissia team for such a fantastic holiday!

Recently returned from a weeks stay at the Paloma Perissia. The wife and I are regularly visitors to Turkey, although it was the first time for our son and his wife and two grandchildren. Pleased to say we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and a decent size, maybe a little sparse for 5 star. The staff were all great, friendly and with a decent grasp of English as well. Loved the pools, one of the large pools being 1.2m deep a good depth for the less confident swimmer. Play room for youngsters with various computer games. Enjoy the evening entertainment including the kids. Good choice of food including 2 al a carte. You can visit one per weeks stay. We visited the Wabi Sabi, lovely pre starter of sushi. Thoroughly enjoyed the whole meal. Good to waited on for a change. Was particularly nice to have some lovely background music while eating. A big thank you to the pianist, Umut, Very talented. The hotel is fortunate to have such a talented pianist.
