We stayed here last year and thought it was great. The shows were good in the evening. Food was always good. Lots of places to sit by the pool and the kids club was also very handy. Generally 5 stars. Only downside was the drinks. We would defo go back

We loved our stay at the Papillon Ayscha for 9 nights. We originally booked another hotel in the area, however rebooked here via Tui due to some quality issues at our original hotel. We were so glad we changed as we had a wonderful stay. Check in Warmly greeted at the hotel at guest services explained the hotel amenities and told us where to find as it was a late arrival. Rooms Lovely room which was well cleaned and mini bar restocked everyday. Had some towel art from the maid which was a nice touch. Food/drinks So much choice throughout the hotel. Great that you could dine at the beach restaurant, taco restaurant, main restaurant or martini bar at lunchtime. Loved the cool boxes at your loungers and the QR code to order drinks. The servers on the roller blades were amazing. The choice of drinks was brilliant and my husband loved the bottled beer. The cocktails were great and the servers were happy to make requests not on the menu. We enjoyed the patisserie for a coffee and treat each day. So much choice for coffee/teas and cakes. My favourite was the macaroons. Restaurants We went to the Asian twice and the Italian once. These were well worth the extra cost if you do not get any free visits included with your tour operator. Pool loungers Never had to rise early to get a sun lounger in our chosen spot. Plenty of loungers to go around and most of the guests observed the no reservation. Beach Nice to look and go for a walk. I’m not a beach fan, but a walk along the pier for a drink was lovely. Entertainment Great shows although lots which were acrobatic theme. Great live singers and piano players in the evening. We spent much our evenings in the martini bar. I would return to this hotel and use the sister hotels as the service and quality of the food and drinks was exceptional.

It is a beautiful place and very good staff. The best were the animators who took care of the entertainment every day and did various activities such as a volleyball tournament. I recommend this hotel 10/10 it is a wonderful place for a vacation.

The hotel is good, even if it’s a bit outdated and needs a refresh. But honestly, the entertainment staff was amazing! They created such a fun vibe and made the stay totally worth it.

Throughout our stay, Nazif, who led the hotel's entertainment team, was without a doubt one of the most memorable parts of our vacation. With his boundless energy, warm smile, and infectious positivity, he surprised us with something new every single day, making sure guests of all ages found themselves right in the middle of the fun. He wasn't just an entertainer — he truly became the heart and soul of our holiday. His genuine connection with guests, his passion for what he does, and his constant effort to make every moment special were truly admirable. His energy on stage, his creativity in the games and activities, and his remarkable ability to get everyone involved set him apart from the rest. The hotel should count itself lucky to have someone like Nazif, a staff member who genuinely loves his job and finds his own happiness in making guests happy. He was undoubtedly one of the biggest reasons this vacation felt so special, and we thank him from the bottom of our hearts.
