Ramada Resort by Wyndham Side

This hotel is fantastic! Do not listen to the negative reviews. We booked a room superior land view which is small but comfortable. On arrival there were only 3 beds but the hotel soon sorted and added a 4th and all comfortable. You aren’t in the room long at all and still suitable for our family. The facilities are great. With a small tip table service which kept the drinks flowing The food is great and there is plenty of it / nightly barbecue as well. Omelettes worth the queue in a morning and Turkish delight at breakfast / throughout the day. We have been here 5 days and loving it. Short walk too some bars and loads of shops where you can buy T-shirts / football shirts (no hull city at the moment!) and perfumes / aftershaves. There is a rep at the hotel who works for fizz beach bar and the steaks are amazing! We were there for 5 hours. And the bill was just over £200 but we had red wine and lots of beers. They got the football on for us and our own private speaker! Taxi takes you and brings you back for free. Can’t fault anything. Don’t need to reserve the sunloungers if down for 8:30 / 9 Our experience is so far great .. we have another week too go.

our vacation was amazing! really liked vidas hotel, food and service. everything was great and we were very satisfied with everything. delicious food. friendly and helpful staff. clean rooms. clean environment. a large pool. many bars. amazing spa salon. wonderful massage. we are satisfied with everything and definitely recommend it.

Very good entertainment, always something to do

Perfect Front Office Manager Süleyman and warm, smiling Guest Relations Manager Veronika and Neslihan. Süleyman Bey is a great person, experienced, solutions oriented, smiling. Veronika is smiling, professional and talking in Turkish language very well. Neslihan is nice lady and guest relations with smiling face and asking how it is going and tracking what happened during our stay. We first time came to this hotel and stayed for 1 night at room 1411. That room was not the one as what we had expected and aligned well with our standards since roof top and very corner room but next day, Veronika Hanım and Süleyman Bey spent great efforts and showed great professionalism and kindness towards me and my wife and they changed that room to room 3018. Now much better room, clean, good with balcony and closer to bar and lobby and closer to reception as well. Also, Ali Işık at restaurant bar staff is a great person, very kind and professional. Thank you to Süleyman and Veronika Hanım and Neslihan and also great reception staff Oğuz and Enes and most of the front office team. Oğuz is a fantastic person and really really very kind. Enes also is very professional and knows how to talk with the guests. Oğuz at reception always solutions oriented and nice and his body language perfect, many thanks to all.

Batu is the greatest entertainer, everyday dance is fun, entertainment is good, food is fantastic
