Amazing hotel and staff so helpful. Great facilities for kids of all ages.

Good day I would like to leave my negative review. Mainly related to the treatment of the territory. There are mosquitoes all over the territory. It is impossible to sit and walk. The legs are all bitten. Protection against mosquitoes and not only in the hotel they sell for crazy money. Inviting a guest to the hotel for 3 hours costs 125 euros for half a day 200 euros. The price is space. Okay, it's all nothing, but because of mosquitoes we had to just leave the territory and go to bed early. We rest in Kemkra in another hotel every year and for the first time we face such a situation.

Anjelik & Esmer were really helpful with the kids. Amazing facilities plenty of things to do for my fussy kids (7 and 9) would recommend.

Good resort but we paid an uplift of £2k+ for a villa via Tui that didn’t get any sunshine after midday and had plumbing and electrical issues. These were reported and not fixed. Certainly didn’t receive 5* service here. Be careful when booking a villa. Lots of them are not in sunlight all day.

Good facilities for kids- pools, kids club, high ropes etc. Totally let down by the rude and ignorant staff! Always got the feeling you couldn’t ask for anything and it was a big deal if you did. Some totally ignore you! Me and my family needed two rooms and asked for adjoining rooms, we were given rooms on different floors which meant we were unable to sit together at certain restaurants as you sign in per room number. Rooms were cleaned daily which was only a bed change, no rubbish was cleared or floors mopped. I stayed at the Rixos palm in Dubai a few years ago and that was by far superior to this Rixos resort. Polar opposite to this one. Food is ok but not great for kids in my opinion. Personally I wouldn’t return to this resort, some may enjoy it here, I thought it was a disaster!
