This was our fourth vacation at Rixos Premium Tekirova and once again, it met and exceeded our expectations. The entire team works incredibly hard and consistently goes above and beyond to make guests happy. The renovated Kids Club is fantastic and was a huge hit with my daughter. In fact, on our last day, she preferred staying at the workshops rather than spending time with us by the pool — which says everything! A huge thank you to the Kids Club team - that would not have happened without you! The in-house kids’ restaurant, together with the candy floss, ice cream, doughnut, and popcorn stations, is another brilliant addition. The kids are happy, and the parents get some well-deserved peace and time to enjoy their holiday! I’ve seen some comments saying the food could be better, and honestly, I’m not sure what more people expect. We stayed for two weeks and ate exclusively at the main buffet, and never once felt bored with the choice. There is an enormous variety, from caviar, crab, seafood, fish, and meat to Turkish, European, Indian, and Thai dishes. There are also plenty of healthy options, fresh fruit, kefir, smoothies, fermented and fresh vegetables. And the bread deserves a special mention — some of the best freshly baked bread and rolls we’ve ever had. The brown bread with walnuts is a must-try! Thank you to everyone working in the buffet restaurant, from the waiters and waitresses to the chefs, who work tirelessly to cater for so many guests. The sports team are absolute superstars! If you want to enjoy all the amazing food and still be able to roll onto that beautiful beach without shame, make sure you join their sessions! They are incredibly professional and will definitely make you work hard. Thank you to Diana, Lubov, and Mohamed for pushing us to stay active and fit — we really appreciated it. A special thank you also goes to the Guest Relations team — Hanna, Zeki, and Merve. We had a couple of emergencies during our stay, as well as several special requests, and everything was handled promptly, smoothly, and professionally. No task was too big or too small. We were also incredibly grateful for the upgrade to our beautiful room on the second day — we stayed in room 2299, and truly appreciated it. Also, the team regularly checked in to make sure we were happy, which really stood out. If anyone has stayed somewhere with more attentive people looking after them, please let me know where — I’d love to experience it! For now, though, Rixos gets top marks from our family. We do have a couple of suggestions for next season. My daughter noticed that there were fewer children’s sports activities this year compared with previous years, and she particularly missed the morning yoga. Bingo was also a huge hit in the past, so bringing these activities back would be fantastic. The Lumin system could also benefit from some improvements. It is useful for basic information, such as the hotel map, but sometimes provides inconsistent or conflicting information — particularly around the names of places, available classes and activities, and whether activities need to be booked or can be attended freely. More consistent naming, accurate data, and stronger validation/guardrails could make a big difference and take this service to the next level. Overall, these are small points compared with everything that was done so well. We are extremely grateful for another wonderful holiday and for the fantastic team who made our stay so enjoyable. Very good options at kids club for each type of activities. The teachers from Art EGE, and Music Maria. Thanks for their patience and attention, Deniz had so much fun and memories by their close focus.

A beautiful hotel for relaxing with family and friends, a lot of entertainment and a wonderful spa, Zaїra healed me for 4 sessions of massage, just golden hands, also we with the family really love hamam, which Zaїra did very well for us.
