I never write reviews for hotels as I find that you make the experience what you want it to be, in this case I will make the exception to my rule, and RECOMMEND YOU BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE, AS THERE ARE PLENTY MORE TO CHOOSE FROM IN THIS WONERFUL COUNTRY AND LOCATION. I have made a complaint to the Operator around the issues I faced, I hope that Families aiming to go there, consider them - listed below. In summary worst apparent 5star hotel I have every been too, and I am being told by the Operator - " the ratings shown on our website are based on information supplied by the service provider and should be used as a guide rather than a guarantee" 1. Misrepresentation of Facilities and Hidden Restrictions Neither your website nor the hotel's official literature mentions any height, age, or operational restrictions regarding the waterpark and funfair. Upon arrival, we were informed that my daughter was barred from using these amenities. Had these restrictions been transparently disclosed at the time of booking, I would never have selected this hotel. 2. Discriminatory Enforcement and Staff Hostility The enforcement of these rules was inconsistent and biased. I personally witnessed numerous Turkish families with younger and shorter children using the waterpark and funfair facilities without issue. When my daughter attempted to use them, she was singled out and turned away by rude staff members. This clear bias caused immense, unnecessary distress to both my daughter and myself. 3. Substandard Five-Star Service The hostile attitude toward foreign guests was evident throughout the entire resort. Hotel staff were consistently dismissive and unhelpful. Furthermore, the basic infrastructure was unacceptable for a five-star property, characterized by severe queues and painfully slow service at all bars and dining areas. 4. Failed In-Resort Resolution I raised these issues immediately with your on-site Customer Services team. They were completely indifferent and made zero effort to resolve the situation or alleviate the impact on our holiday.

We booked and paid a premium for a Junior Suite. On arrival we were dumped in a plain standard room facing the street, which is a very generous interpretation of the word "suite". It took a full 24 hours before anyone bothered to move us, so day one of our holiday was spent watching traffic instead of the sea. The hotel is cramped. At mealtimes you don't so much dine as compete, because finding a free table turns into a small sporting event three times a day. The pool and beach follow the same rule, with clearly more guests than sunbeds, so unless you enjoy setting a dawn alarm to claim a lounger, tough luck. The beach itself is, to put it politely, not easy on the eyes. Everything costs extra, and getting a simple drink with your meal is oddly difficult. The place is obviously overbooked and the waiters can't keep up, so you'll finish eating long before anything to drink turns up. And the part that actually matters: our whole family got food poisoning. A hotel can be forgiven for a lot, but making its guests ill isn't on that list. Credit where it's due, once we finally got the right room its standard was genuinely good. There was also a jacuzzi, which would have been lovely if it hadn't smelled like a sewer. For the prices they charge we expected far better, and we won't be back.

Absolutely disgusting — avoid this hotel Our stay at the Royal Seginus was extremely disappointing. The hotel is very dated and run down, and the overall standard of cleanliness and hygiene was nowhere near what you would expect from a hotel of this level. The food areas were visibly dirty and the buffet was, quite honestly, inedible. Hygiene standards were extremely poor. The pool area was another major concern. There were broken tiles and damaged stairs, creating obvious safety issues, while the floors were extremely slippery. The entertainment was also very poor. Every evening seemed to consist of essentially the same dance troupe performing variations of gymnastics. There was very little variety and it became repetitive almost immediately. We have stayed at several hotels in Antalya and have never experienced anything like this. Absolutely avoid. There are far better hotels in Antalya for your money. Guest relations will not help you with any issues as “no one else complains”

We have experienced: - buffet disgusting - Incorrect wristbands for the children. - No towel cards or explanation regarding the towel-card system. - A missing bed on arrival and a two-hour wait despite repeated requests. - A room that smelled strongly of raw sewage/drains. - Evidence that the room had not been properly cleaned. - Broken coat hangers. - Serious concerns regarding buffet hygiene and food handling. - Dirty glasses and tables. - Guests handling food directly from serving trays. - Food and trays left in inappropriate conditions. - Concerns regarding food temperature and heating equipment. - A loose pool tile that caused a foot injury. - Having to purchase our own supplies to deal with the injury. - Extremely slippery flooring throughout the hotel. - An unsuitable and slippery gym floor. - Broken sunbeds and umbrellas. - Chaotic pool-bar service. - Hygiene issues observed during what appeared to be a management inspection. - Laundry returned with white clothing turned grey, including a dress. - Extremely poor communication from Guest Relations. - Additional expenditure on restaurants, cabanas and alternative facilities because we have not felt comfortable using the hotel's facilities. - Being woken at 7:00am by hammering.

Not sure how this hotel has a 4.3 rating. Tui this is no where near 5 star. Stayed for 7 nights and left feeling overall disapointed with the experience. Poorly run hotel that really lets itself down. Has the potential to be great! Food hall Didnt look forward to eating in there as it was a constant battle finding a table and if you did, u were stood waiting for it to be cleared. Ended up clearing myself mostly and serving myself with drinks and cutlery etc. Id given up after the third night.! Just annoying as clearly not enough staff for August. Almost every chair had a whole in it and the table cloths stained. Just poor. Food selection was average. Entertainment Really dissapointing, most staff did the bare minimium to get people involved compared to previous hotels. For u16s there was nothing available (if you like to get involved) just simply you r too young e.g. darts , archery etc. Bloody Joke! Rooms Ok really was on 9th floor so quiet and quite spacious but could not work out the room service. Seemed half a job really. They would half make the bed and clean some of the room but not all. Bizarre really. Pools and beach were good but could do with more drink selections and more staff at the bars. Most if not everytime long ques for a drink. Especially at the entertainment bars. Loads of people, one person serving ... One of the main slides in the water park was out of action(looks like for ages) so disapointing. Lobby/main hotel Lack of atmosphere with no entertainment or chill areas inside Summary This hotel was still highly priced for family of 5 for example not much cheaper than Titanic Delux Golf Belek which i can say is such a higher level all round! Huge step down at the Royal Seginus, i guess i should of done more research but Tui and Jet2 give high rating. Finally Checked out at 6.30 am 21st Aug 26. Reception man was extremley rude. No one was at the desk so i placed my room card on the side i was told off that i never rang the bell and questioned me that i had more cards to hand in which i didnt! He just pulled a face with not even a thanks for staying. Lovely lasting impression 🙃
