Seaden Sea World Resort Spa

On reading the reviews before we arrived we were concerned with the negative reviews however we really didnt need to be. I think alot of the reviews are unfair on the hotel and everyone who works there. All staff we friendly and helpful on arrival the bellboy took our cases and helped us in to the hotel once checked in he brought our bags up the the room and helped us with the WiFi. We oaid for an upgraded family room and it did not disappoint 5th floor the rooms gave a roof top terrace which had amazing views we were over looking the amphitheatre (could be a bit noisy if you wanted a quieter location) perfect for us. Air-conditioning the rooms are amazing and you could operate each room separately. If cold there are quilts in the wardrobe. Rooms were cleaned everyday fresh towels everyday and clean sheets the cleaners on floor 5 were amazing very kind and help full we always spoke to them and they work so hard amazing ladies. Tip tv channels nick and comedy central can be changed to English by using the language button on the remote the rest of the channels are not English. Food & drinks were good breakfast was a traditional turkish which was delicious the selection of breads and pastries and eggs all ways. The best food was in the lunch time restaurant theres, kebab bar, jacket potato bar, fish n chips, Turkish, pizza, pasta, ice-cream station which made fresh waffles. All drinks are waiter service in the restaurants. Night time restaurant was mainly turkish cuisine however we did have tacos and chilli one night and always grilled meats and lovely salads. There is aircon in the restaurants however some seats are cooler than others. Corridors to rooms don't have aircon but all the main areas do. Pools and sea are warm didn't have any problems with sunloungers there is a pool which has the activities on and music playing we preferred the other pool next to kids pool which was quieter. Tip we did she a couple of arguments over loungers however we think this is because most people used the yellow hotel towels and then couldn't remember which beds were theres, we used our own stripy towels at pool no missing our loungers. Drinks at pool bar were good fridge with cartons of water to help yourself and tea and coffee station. Joyland is the waterpark we weren't bothered by the waterpark not our thing but it looked great lots of slides and its shared with Seaden De Mar the new hotel next door. Vitamin bar done lovely smoothies and iced coffees and fresh fruit these were extra charge of 5 Euro. Next to this 2 ladies's making turkish bread, potato, mince, cheese or sweet brown sugar they work so hard in these hot temperatures these were included in all inclusive. There is a lounge inside on 0 floor that do nice coffees at night and is fully air-conditioned if struggling with the heat. White knight bar was across from where entertainment was and this bar was open late 1pm sometimes past this time, there were lots of turkish guests at the hotel and they played turkish music after the entertainment a d it was nice to see all the traditional dancing there were English music to. Drinks plentiful prosecco was nice 👌 they only beer was Efes on draft. Hotel lobby bar was lovely if you wanted chilled vibes these drinks were stronger. Lots of lovely seating areas outside next to lobby bar. If I was being critical the Street bar that should have been open from 4pm until 8am to serve drinks was not open when we were there and the indoor pool was closed. We didnt go to the disco bar as the white knight bar was open later. In the main restaurant they did serve food from 11pm on wards salad soups and bread. Soups were tasty and the fresh bread was soooo good. We visited the Italian Al la carte it was nice and tasty, salad and some picky bits, soup, pizza or pasta, mains were chicken fish or veal and the tirmisu or chocolate pudding (added some pics). Overall we had a fabulous time celebrating our daughters 18th birthday, would recommend a trip in to side its beautiful next to the marina we visited the old town steakhouse which was excellent and sent a taxi to collect us amazing service. I wouldn't hesitate to book again we had a lovely time wish we had booked for longer. Thank you for a lovely week, staff work so hard and we're always friendly and helpful 😊

Honestly, this is the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Turkey. We came to Turkey last year and were disappointed with our hotel, so this year we decided to try somewhere different. After reading some of the reviews before arriving, we were a little worried, but after spending seven nights here, I honestly think many of the negative reviews are overly critical and unfair. The staff and animation team were all incredibly friendly, welcoming, and couldn’t do enough for us. As English guests, we were a little concerned about the language barrier, but the staff’s English was excellent, making everything so easy. Even the other guests were polite and friendly, which added to the great atmosphere. The food was fantastic, the entertainment was brilliant, and overall we had an amazing holiday. We will definitely be returning next year with our 6-year-old daughter. If I had to find one tiny fault—and I’m being very picky—it would be that the air conditioning in the room could have been a little cooler. That’s purely a personal preference and certainly didn’t affect our stay. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful large hotel right on the beach.

We booked this holiday through TUI based on the information advertised, but unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. The biggest issue was that the water park was closed and not ready for guests, despite the TUI website stating it would be open from 15 June. This was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel, so it was a major disappointment for our family. The TUI website also stated that the airport transfer would take around 90 minutes. In reality, our transfer took over 2 hours and 45 minutes. On arrival, there was no assistance with our luggage, and we had to carry our own suitcases. In our opinion, this hotel does not provide the level of service expected from a five-star resort. The bell boy did not want to help. Communication was also difficult. We found that many members of staff and the TUI representatives spoke very little English, which made it hard to ask questions or resolve issues. Guests were only able to book one à la carte restaurant during our stay, and the nightclub was closed, reducing the facilities that were available. We also felt that the hotel mainly catered to German-speaking guests. Because of the language barrier, our children struggled to make friends and felt left out, which affected their enjoyment of the holiday. Overall, we feel this holiday did not match the description provided by TUI when we booked, and we were very disappointed with our experience. We would not recommend this hotel based on our stay.

Would not recommend if you are English as they don’t care about you and won’t communicate with you. Food was always cold and always the same every day and night, and was bland. There was no entertainment on our first week, only on the second week, but was only for 45mins a night. Staff was rude, the hotel reps were non existent, was more interested in sun bathing. They only get on with you if you’re German. Beach is just grit, but all the beaches are the same in this area. Pool area are missing some tiles. On the plus side is the cleaners were excellent and friendly. They have a’la carte restaurant which was shocking, and was just food taken down from the buffet. Never a 5 star, maximum is a 3. Would not recommend.
