Senza Grand Santana Hotel

Arrived at hotel To find out that no rooms be given though booked beforehand all inclusive. The receptionist cant even speak English and so rude. This hotel very un clean Doesn't look 5 star hotel at all.

Hi. I have bad experience on this hotel. Definitely not 5 star. We was there yearly that check in time. We waiting around 10 hours. When we asked about the room. They tell us is not ready. Around 3pm. They told us they don't have more space. After they send us in different hotel like 4 stars. Again not 4 stars Senza Sunset Beach. Here the room are in very bad condition. 4 people in double room. Never can suggest this network of hotels. Not value the money what we pay for...

The rides and slides were closed, there was not enough information about what was going on, the à la carte dinner was not up to par, but (!) very nice, helpful and understanding staff, quick cleaning, delicious food, amazing sea and most importantly, a great jewellery store with local stones, good prices and amazing Ukrainian staff.

We were a family of 4 from the UK. We are just back from a 10 day stay and had a lovely time, hotel was really nice and staff very helpful. Rooms a good size and we had a lovely view of the sea and pool. Food was nice always lots of choice but they could cater a bit better for UK people. The resort itself was nice, lots of bars/shops and restaurants. Sunny Bar was the best food and drinks amazing and only 5 mins from the hotel. Defo worth a visit. Only downside of the hotel was the sun loungers, there is defo not enough sunbeds for the size of the hotel. If you didn't have your towels down on a sun lounger for 7.30am then you aren't getting a sun longer that day (even though there is a sign not to reserve beds, hotel staff didn't remove any of the towels which they should be) The hotel need to get more sun loungers as I did notice alot of unhappy people when they came down and had nowhere to sit.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.
