Rooms could do with being a bit bigger and updated but the facilities and the food are excellent and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Been here 3 times and wouldn’t hesitate to come again.

We had an absolutely brilliant stay at Titanic Antalya! Everything was fantastic from start to finish, and the whole family had such an amazing time. The hotel, facilities, food and atmosphere were all excellent, and there was something for everyone to enjoy. We would 100% recommend Titanic Antalya to families looking for a great holiday. We made some lovely memories here and would definitely come back again in the future. We stayed at Titanic Deluxe Lara for 4 nights with my wife and our 7-year-old daughter. We arrived at the hotel around 5 AM after our flight. At the entrance, the security guard initially told us that the hotel was not accepting arrivals at that time and that we had to wait until morning. His attitude was not particularly welcoming, although after contacting reception, he told us to go inside. I understand that arriving at 5 AM is not a normal check-in time and we did not expect a room at that hour, but the way we were welcomed could have been much better. Reception itself was good. We went to the hotel lounge, which we had already heard about, and rested there until around 7 AM. Hotel & Pool Area: 4 star The hotel building and the overall grounds are beautiful. The pools are very nice, the landscaping is attractive and the access between different areas of the hotel is convenient. At around 7 AM, I went to the pool area to find sunbeds and was surprised to see that they were already filling up. The sunbeds themselves are very large and comfortable, and the umbrellas are beautifully designed, but unfortunately many of them were not very clean. The biggest issue for me around the pool area was cleanliness. The toilets were not as clean as I expected from a 5-star resort, and this was also noticeable around some of the bars. The toilets around the pool area were not clean enough. We also used the toilet next to the lobby lounge twice during our stay, and on both occasions it was very dirty. The pool towels, as well as the towels in the sauna and Turkish bath, were also not always clean, which was disappointing for a 5-star resort. Beach: 5 star The beach was one of the best-maintained areas of the hotel. It was very clean, organized and pleasant. Bars & Drinks: 3 star There are a lot of bars around the hotel, which is definitely a positive point, but unfortunately the bars did not look particularly clean or well organized. The biggest disappointment for me was that drinks were served in plastic cups. For a resort of this category, I expected better presentation, especially around the pool. The cocktails were also very inconsistent and generally not good. Every time we ordered the same cocktail, it tasted different, and it seemed that some of the bartenders had not received enough training. I actually preferred ordering the original spirits rather than the cocktails. Room: 4 star Our room was on the 8th floor and was clean and well organized when we received it at 2 PM. There were some signs of wear and tear, including an old balcony door, but overall the room was good. The biggest problem was the fan coil. It was quite noisy, and even at the lowest fan setting, the airflow was still very strong. This made the room less comfortable at night. Housekeeping, however, was excellent. The room was cleaned every day and the minibar was fully restocked daily. One negative point regarding our arrival was that we could not use the Wi-Fi until our room was delivered at 2 PM. Food & Main Restaurant: 4.5 star The food in the main restaurant was excellent. There was good variety and the quality was generally very good. However, the service was only average. The staff were hardworking and clearly doing their best, but there were not enough staff for the number of tables and guests. During breakfast and dinner, around 30–60 minutes before the end of the service, some dishes were no longer being replenished. This did not look good for a 5-star resort. At dinner, finding an empty table was sometimes difficult. Unfortunately, cleanliness in the restaurant also needs improvement. On several occasions, we were given dirty knives and forks. The soft drinks were sometimes flat and did not taste very good. Snack & Kids Club: 5 star The lunch/snack area near the beach was very good and the food was tasty, although the service could still be improved. The Kids Club was one of the strongest points of the hotel. Our daughter really enjoyed it and the staff were excellent. Special thanks to Soha and Pariya, the two Persian-speaking ladies working at the Kids Club. They were extremely hardworking, kind and helpful, and always did their best to make the children happy and entertained. Their dedication and positive attitude really made a difference to our daughter’s experience. Entertainment: 3 star The evening shows were quite ordinary. We expected more from the entertainment program and, especially after our previous stays at Voyage hotels, there was not much atmosphere around the evening entertainment. The shows were not bad, but there was no special vibe that made us want to stay there every night. Overall We actually had a very good holiday at Titanic. We met some wonderful people and made good friends during our stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Titanic has many strengths: beautiful grounds, attractive pools, a very good beach, excellent food, good housekeeping and a fantastic Kids Club. However, there are several areas where I think the hotel could improve significantly, especially cleanliness around the pool and bars, restaurant service, drink presentation and quality, cocktails, and evening atmosphere. We have stayed at Voyage hotels three times recently, so unfortunately Titanic has a very difficult comparison to make. Voyage has set a very high standard for us, particularly in terms of staff, service, bars and drinks, and entertainment. We enjoyed our stay at Titanic and had a lot of fun, but based on our personal preferences and our previous experiences, we probably would not return.

I was sexually assaulted in the spa by a male massage therapist whilst on holiday here with my husband and young children. It was reported immediately. Jet 2 were absolutely useless in dealing with this. Be very wary of the spa.
