Trendy Perge Resort & Suites

We had a very pleasant experience at Trendy Perge, and the staff in general were friendly, professional, and attentive. I would especially like to mention Burcu, the red-haired bartender at the Lobby Bar. She was exceptionally friendly, warm, communicative, and always made us feel welcome. Her positive attitude and professionalism really stood out. The cocktails she prepared were excellent: very well balanced, professionally made, beautifully presented, and most importantly, genuinely delicious. You could clearly see that she knows her job very well and pays attention to every detail. Burcu definitely made our evenings at the Lobby Bar more enjoyable. She is a real asset to the hotel and deserves special recognition for both her service and her cocktail-making skills. Highly recommended, and special thanks again to Burcu.

My family and I are frequent travellers to Turkey (having previously stayed at Lara Barut, Voyage, and Anda Barut) as well as Ikos Resorts in Greece. We booked Trendy Perge to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary, but unfortunately, the service levels fell far short of the standards we have experienced elsewhere in Turkey and Greece. ​Arrival & Special Occasion Handling Prior to our arrival, I contacted the hotel multiple times to discuss making our anniversary special and to book the à la carte restaurant (which incurs an additional cost of €30 per person—something to keep in mind, as this is typically included at other high-end resorts). ​Our arrival was underwhelming; unlike our experiences at other Turkish resorts, no welcome drinks were offered, and there was no note or gesture in the room to acknowledge our anniversary. At our actual anniversary dinner, the occasion was completely ignored. When I raised this disappointment with Guest Relations a few days later, they offered to prepare a "nice" table for us that evening. However, when we arrived, the staff had no record of it and simply pointed us into the room. After much running around, we were brought to a table with a flower arrangement that read "Happy Birthday" instead of "Happy Anniversary." ​ Inconsistent Service & Disregard Regrettably, our family experienced consistent service failures and blatant disregard from several members of staff: ​Ignored for Drink Service: For the first two days, waiters never once offered our family drinks. On our anniversary afternoon by the kids' waterpark, a waiter served every single table around us. When I approached him politely as he passed, he completely ignored me and walked to the next table. When I asked him shortly after why he bypassed us, he had no explanation and offered a quick apology. ​Management Kindness: Later at the bar, a manager (I believe his name was Consul) noticed me waiting, treated us with genuine respect, insisted we sit down, and ensured we were served. Shortly after, two waiters brought drinks over—clearly after being corrected. ​Gözleme Station Incident: After waiting patiently in line for 15 minutes as the only person standing there, the server handed my finished cheese gözleme to a guest who had arrived after me, using the excuse that they "didn't know who was first." ​Dining, Facilities & Extra Costs ​Main Buffet: The hall felt very chaotic. Guests had to walk around searching for open tables themselves, which would be vastly improved if staff escorted guests to free tables. ​Extra Expenses: Be mindful of additional costs. Unlike other luxury resorts we have visited, arcade games and à la carte dining are not included and added up significantly. ​Housekeeping: Very basic compared to similar properties. For sustainability reasons, we only ask for our room to be cleaned three times during our stay, so we took care of the rest ourselves. ​The Positives Despite the service issues, the hotel has good physical assets: ​The resort is compact, well-designed, and easy to navigate with family. ​The food quality and variety were consistently good. ​Standout Staff: The spa was amazing—a special shout-out to Tami! Also, a big thank you to Faden among the waiting staff, who was always smiling, welcoming, and a true asset to the hotel.

i loved it here because the food was great the service was even better and all the staff were really nice to me and my family. Definitely recommending for all the families with children and young adults who want to party. Activities were good like the slides and the pool parties plus my favourite staff member was Devran.

Had the most amazing family holiday here. Food was excellent something for everyone. Activity team work really hard, especially Gül , I took part in Aqua aerobic twice a day. Other activities like water polo and games for adults and teens, Sami. Rooms was perfect for a family of 5. Cleaned everyday and had toiletries and robes. We will be back.

Absolutely fantastic stay , all hotel staff wonderful and very helpful. Specially reception will help you with everything. Restaurant and all the cafes are brilliant too . Brand new hotel and great entertainment. 10 minutes bus ride take you Lara centre where all the shops are and catch the 07 bus will cost you £1 one way .
