A very good resort, very friendly and helpful. Ekin from the guest service was very helpful and friendly with us.

Just returned from TUI Magic Life Belek and had the most amazing stay. The hotel is beautiful, the grounds are immaculate, and every member of staff was so friendly and welcoming. Omar at the adult pool deserves a special mention — such a kind, attentive guy who looked after us so well throughout our holiday. There’s so much to keep every age group busy. Our grandson absolutely loved the water skiing and even mastered it this trip, which was wonderful to watch. Seeing the turtles hatch near the volleyball court was a magical experience too. The food was excellent, with a huge variety at every mealtime. The lovely lady making crepes at the snack bar was always so cheerful, and the Beach House in the evenings was incredibly relaxing. A big thank you to the cleaning lady for the beautiful towel art in our room — such a thoughtful touch. And the little gift on our last day was really appreciated; we’ll be cooking with it tonight. We genuinely can’t fault anything about this hotel. We’ll definitely be back when the temperatures are a bit cooler so we can enjoy even more of the activities. First time in Turkey (dad and his two teenage kids from UK) Had a great experience at this hotel. Hardly saw my son who was doing all the activities and found friends easily. I would call this a very good all round family hotel. Room was fine in amongst the lovely gardens. Saw Hedgehogs by night and tortoises by day. My son was lucky to see Turtles hatch on the beach doing the night time volleyball. Loved the main pool. Just the right depth, nice temperature and some activities in the day if you wanted to join in. Easy to get a drink - many bars. 2 evenings we did the alacarte retaurants - Green curry and The flavours. That broke up doing the main restarant every night - but the main restaurant was fine. Everything was really clean and you could eat outside - which we often did. They also have snack shacks at lunch which was a nice touch. The first amphitheatre show we saw was good. I presume they have their own inhouse team doing the shows. Some of the other shows perhaps not quite as good but still there was alot of effort and chorography put into the show. Did 2 excusions. The turkish baths/message. Apart from the upselling on the massage it was a posistive experience - sauna, steam room, mud bath, fish nibbling on your feet & 2 diffrent types of massages. We also went to aladdins canyon. Great experience if you like swimming, jumping of rocks of various height and climbing. I would say you have to be reasonbly fit as you have to haul yourself up rocks. Did mountain biking one morning from the hotel. 29km in roughly 1hr 45mins. All flat back roads. Tough going for me but enjoyable. The guides were very supportive and friendly. This is mostly a German hotel i would say. Went with Tui and although both flights were a little late - nothing too bad. Very positive experience and would totally recommend this hotel. Shout out to the cleaner as well - lovely animals with the towels and for picking up my kids shoes and clothes from the floor!!!

I came with family it was such a joyful Holiday especialy Cansin from the entertainment team was so careful and fun she made us enjoy our holiday even more. There were no offsides of the hotel we enjoyed every bit of it. Likewise all of the other employees were working hard and all had a nice attitude Thank you all.

A hotel with a real heart - We stayed at TUI Magic Life Belek for a week in July, and honestly, it wasn't the slides or the pools that brought us here — it was our daughter Beth, who's part of the entertainment and dance team. What we found was a resort that treats its staff like family, and that feeling runs straight through to the guests too. There's a story behind this trip that made it even more special for us. 18 years ago, Beth was a little girl in an oversized t-shirt, up on stage at a holiday resort kids' club, giving it everything in the end-of-week show. Watching her now dancing every night as a professional with TUI, on the very kind of stage where it all began, was something we'll never forget. Seeing the guests cheering her and the team on each night made it even more special. The atmosphere across the whole club was fantastic. If you're looking for a family holiday, this is the place. The activities on offer were excellent. We spent most of our time in the adults' pool, and that's where Omar, one of the pool bar attendants, made our week. He checked on my wife and I constantly, made sure we always had what we needed, and when Beth came to visit us between rehearsals, he looked after her too — small thing, but it told us everything about how this team treats each other. Food was a real highlight. Great variety across the restaurants and consistently good quality. We came for our daughter, and left knowing that this is a real family focused hotel.
