TUI MAGIC LIFE Masmavi

Just returned after 11 days After an amazing visit there last August The hotel staff are 2nd to none they are super helpful and super friendly especially guest relations team (yasin I tip you for future management roll ) Entertainment team definitely leans more to the Germans very different to last year Entertainment this year was quite poor Buffet Food was terrible for a 5 star hotel more to be expected with a 3 star Al a carte restaurants are amazing Would return again in the future Purley on the quality of service from staff ( "Serdar" you are a credit to that company keep up the hard work) 😀

We had a fantastic time at Tui Magic Life Masmavi. Rooms were a good size with great sound insulation, and housekeeping (rooms, towels, toiletries) was excellent every day. The lagoon area is a real highlight, with plenty of space for larger families. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and a good choice of pools, kids’ slides, and activities including water sports. Easy access to Kadriye and Belek too. A special mention to Melike on reception, who was exceptional, she went above and beyond with our late check-in and departure arrangements. Her helpfulness really made our stay. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you, Melike and the team!

This is the6time coming to Magic Life Masmavi and every time has gotten better! The entertainment is one of the main reasons we come back! There is so much to do and no pressure to join in during the day, whether it’s fitness with Talita, Emma and Leezzell. Or at the beach for volleyball and beach tennis with Can and Kadir. We are absolutely in Love with the shows here! Emma the dance captain and the team do an amazing job. As an ex dancer I know what it’s like to put on a show and in 30 degree heat! shout out to Bryant for always making an enjoyable evening. Even after the show they are there in the party to enjoy with us. The best shows are Four Elements and On the floor. They also had a kids show, which my daughter loved! We didn’t take part in the Magic Angle as we are family but it was nice to see that lone travellers had people to be around. Pia was also very nice and we enjoyed dancing on the dance floor with her. Overall we will keep coming back while Emma the dance captain is there! The hotel is beautiful! The food is also good and always something to eat.

We had an unforgettable vacation full of wonderful memories. Everything was perfectly organized, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic holiday. We can't wait to come back!

The resort is immaculate- clean with a wide range of pools and activities for the whole family. Unfortunately our stay was made worse by the very loud music and entertainment between 10pm and midnight most evenings. Our apartment was close to the restaurant but by no means the closest to the bar/amphitheatre area. If you want loud evening entertainment this is a good place for you. If you prefer an early night I’d suggest looking somewhere else or insisting upon a village room well away from the entertainment.
