would not recommend this hotel Staff are rude, they are not geared up for English tourists, they talk about you and laugh at you if you ask for something, there was only one good guy on reception who was helpful. The hotel is on a main road rite out of town with nothing around, rooms were not cleaned daily pool was ok until we got told to move and they took all the sun beds away for a function without any notice. i would never go back to this hotel.

Don’t go on the good reviews because they clearly are writing about the wrong hotel. Don’t bother booking a stay with your family here. The rudeness from the staff at the hotel is absolutely disgusting and will ruin your trip. Every member of staff was rushing to attend to the next person they did not bother to show attention to who they was talking to them. The food was average very repetitive started to get boring after the first two days. If you’re looking for a space near the pool you can forget it because there will not be a single spot vacant and the staff will not help you to find a spot to pull up a lounger either. The cleaners did a poor job apart from changing the sheets they did not bother to give the room a good wipe or clean the floors a little. Overall if you want a stress free holiday then absolutely do not book with this resort. From the time we checked in to the time we checked out the staff were extremely unprofessional. The lack of manners were shown on their faces which made us very uncomfortable. I would like to especially point out this lady in glasses who handled us during our checkout. Unfortunately on our part we forgot we had to check out at 12pm as our transfer for our flight was 7pm in the evening, we got a call from the lady to remind us and we rush back to pack our stuff. When we got to our room our card was not working so my husband had to go back down to sort it out and she was extremely rude to him while he was trying to explain the situation and apologise for us forgetting the checkout time but she still continued to say “check out is at 12”. We continued to pack while rushing as we were already late but we then got numerous knocks on our door and then a phone call from the same lady at reception. Not one person offered any solution to help us with our situation, it would have been great to be offered a solution where we were able to pay a little extra to have the room for a few more hours as we had 7 hours till our transfer came to pick us from the hotel, unfortunately there’s not one single brain cell between the lot of them at reception which is why they probably didn’t offer anything as such. When we came down to sit in the lobby at 2pm we grabbed a few nuggets and chips from the restaurant for our 1 year old to eat and the same lady with glasses rushed over to our table to say “food in the restaurant only” and repeated that phrase and did not let us get a word in and the disgusting grin she had on her face made me feel so disrespected as a guest that I for sure knew I did not want to come back here. I wouldn’t book here nor would I let anyone who has asked me where I stayed when I talk about my trip to Turkey. This resort and its staff has put me off ever coming back to the country again.

We stayed here for 8 days at the atart of August, the first half of the holiday was fine, drinks choice is really good and bar staff were great. Food was very repetative but ok. The problem came half way through the holiday when I became very unwell and spent the remainder of the holiday confined to my room. On returning home I was still unwell and after another week I visited the doctor who ran some tests and condirmed I had contracted Salmonella. This had to have come from the hotel due to fact we never left the hotel resort for the first half of our holiday as we had planned activities for the second half of the holiday and had to cancel these losing money. There has also been other confirmed cases around the same time on a facebook page for this hotel. Unfortunately due to this I would never return to this hotel and would advise anyone to avoid it.

First time coming to turkey and definitely won’t be my last. We arrived at the hotel just after midnight after our 30 minute transfer. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by a young lad who took our cases, we were then checked in very quickly and we had been given a free upgrade to a two bedroom room. (We were told we could help ourself to toasties next door at the Ramada hotel which we did. You can also use there pools and there restaurant as part of ur stay)The young lad brought our cases to our room for us (which I thought was a lovely touch after a busy day) our room was massive it has two bedrooms with a double wardrobe in each room and a massive lounge a small balcony but perfect if you wanted to sit out. The air con in the room was great 👍 the mini bar in the room was stocked up everyday with Fanta, coke and waters. The hotel staff are all very pleasant and make you feel very welcome, they’re very hard working and the hotel is very clean. The entertainment staff are very good too. The food is of good standard like any all inclusive can be repetitive but none of us went hungry. The Al carte restaurants we tried were amazing 🤩 I would definitely 💯 recommend the Asian one and the Italian one. The beach is literally over the road and straight down 10 mins walk or the hotel provide a shuttle bus every 15 mins can I just say they were amazing my two boys Harry and Oscar took a shine to one of the drivers we called him boss man he was so lovely 🥰 outside the hotel is shops galore so you won’t struggle if u like shopping. The dolphin show is amazing 🤩 definitely 💯 worth a visit. We also did the Saturday market but it wasn’t for us. I would definitely return to this hotel when I come back to turkey. Thank you.

We are enjoying ourselves. This stay has been nice, lovely staff, great food and I’ve stayed in turkey many times and this is near the best yet. Sun beds are easy enough. Give the pool attention some euro and it’ll be ready for you every morning. We have a family room and it’s perfect. We was worried because 2 children need to sleep in the living room but they are comfortable and loads of space. Probably better than the twin room to be fair. A few negatives. And when I say this they are probably more our fault for not checking deeper than what we did. Entertainment tends to be down near the beach on the lawn behind the access to the sea. It’s either a 10 min walk or a bud s journey. The beach. The same, it’s a walk or a bus journey. We didn’t realise the beach is over a busy road, and a walk for 10 mins which was frustrating as we have a young family with us. We thought it was nearer and easily accessible. The actual entertainment at the hotel isn’t great as most the investment goes To the lawn entertainment down near the beach so the hotel empties out in the evening so it can be very dead at night. The specialist restaurants. When you arrive book them straight away. They are around a 7 day lead time so if your here for 7 days you will struggle if you don’t book on day one Anyway, enough of the small negatives. Overall it’s a clean, lovely hotel with a good standard. We are set to enjoy the next 5 days before we leave for ol blighty
