HONEST REVIEW!!!! very very disappointed as a returning customer the hotel has gone down hill. The hotel is just about making money the reception staff one lady in particular was very rude because and started shouting at me because I was advising another family about the charge to change rooms. Be careful when booking excursions as when you get there you may have to pay more to actually enter the attraction. Food was okay not great at all my daughter had a chicken wrap and when we opened it, it was just chicken skin full of hairs. On another occasion I opened the room door and part of the ceiling fell straight on my head didn’t receive and apology they just got the handy man as quick as they could to fix it when I asked for an incident report they refused to give me one. On the last day the the umbrellas by the pool flew off its hinges and hit my partner in his head due to the blocks they are in being so old this left a gash in his head he was checked over but once again no apology nothing. Tv didn’t work in room I told them about this nothing was done beds were changed twice in the 7 days. The entertainment staff r saving that hotel they are brilliant and don’t get the recognition they deserve. Also pool bar staff very miserable and not helpful and in case you a have allergies to cats they are allowed in the lobby and on the chairs. Slides are turnt off every afternoon for 2 hours and close

The worst 5-star hotel ever; it’s nowhere near a 5-star standard—maybe 3 stars at best. The attitude of the reception staff is truly inexplicable; they are only interested in squeezing money out of you and are completely uncommunicative. We checked in around 2 or 3 PM, and after a brief explanation from the receptionists—"if you want to change rooms, you have to pay extra," even though we had already paid the agency for a sea-view room (which didn't exist)—we went down to ask where we could get something to eat. We had been traveling since 4 AM, yet the reception staff told us that meal service was over and we couldn't eat because our package started with dinner. (I wonder: if we check in at 3 PM and leave at 4 AM, what do we get out of it? Did we effectively pay for 7 days only to eat for 5 and a half? Is that their logic?) Anyway, the answer was simply that meal service had ended; the receptionist told us, "maybe you can find something to eat by the pool," as if we were dogs begging for scraps. Aside from a "good day," they say nothing else. You literally have to guess where the restaurant is, where the restrooms are, what the pool hours are, what’s included, how to get to the beach, and so on. Speaking of the pool—there is absolutely no organization. You have to wake up at 6 AM to claim a sunbed if you want to use the pool, because they are incapable of stopping people from leaving their towels on the loungers overnight. They don't care that people enter the pool with ice cream, beer, sodas, etc. As for cleanliness? You won't find the room very tidy; for instance, the toilet bowl was never washed, not to mention that there was absolutely no bed styling or arrangement. This is the only hotel where no Turkish Night was organized. The animation team—with a few exceptions—is boring, and the entertainers lack energy. The biggest disappointment is the beach: nothing has been invested in it, and there are no restaurants—just a makeshift setup posing as a bar. They can't even nail together a few planks to create a designated area for the animation team; the staff end up covered in sand and have to hunt for open spots between the sunbeds just to lead beach exercises. To call it the worst hotel with a beach like this would be an understatement. They simply don't care about the beach. The rocks at the water's edge are huge and slippery. There is no greater disappointment than this hotel. I do not recommend it.
