Furama Resort & Villas Danang

I traveled to Da Nang for the first time. After reading various reviews, I thought the Frama Hotel was the best, so I stayed in a villa with my kids. The villa had plenty of space for a family of four, and there was a private pool that the kids enjoyed. Mr. Hieu, who was in charge of our room, made our trip to Da Nang even more amazing. He chartered a private taxi for us, so we were satisfied to be able to go to all the places we wanted to visit. He provided wonderful support throughout, from the spa reservation and restaurant to check-out. Thank you very much. We would love to come back to Furama Hotel:)

I can confidently say that Furama is the best resort and villa in Da Nang. The facilities were excellent, very clean, and well maintained. The room service and breakfast were also absolutely delicious. But what made our stay truly special was our butler, Hwang. From the very beginning until the end of our stay, he always took great care of our family, checked what we needed, and helped us with everything. Thanks to him, our family trip became even more comfortable, meaningful, and memorable. If we visit Da Nang again, we will definitely choose Furama again. Thank you, Furama, and a special thank you to Hwang for making our trip so wonderful!

I was super confused about which hotel to choose when coming to Da Nang because there are so many options. Safe to say as someone with 4 kids. This hotel exceeded our expectations. Excellent service at all times. Beach views. Super clean. It was super kind of them to give us a room upgrade. We also had our very own butler who was assigned for our family and responded to our every need via whatsapp. Butler Hieu was super kind and attentive and made our stay super easy especially when our son was sick offering to bring is porridge and a thermometer. My only feedback is to incorporate more halal food into the buffet as it was hard for us to eat proper meals in a non halal buffet

3일간 지냈습니다. 3층에 공간도 넓고 화장실도 깨끗했습니다. 그리고 직원분들도 너무 친절하세요. 특히 마지막날에 저희 어머니가 다치셨는데 늦은 밤에도 불구하고 근처 병원에 미리 연락도 해주고 직원분들이 빠르게 대응해주셔서 안전하게 병원에 다녀올 수 있었습니다. 푸라마 빌라 직원분들께 정말 감사 드립니다. 한국분들은 "황집사"분이 계시니 무리없이 대화 가능하실겁니다. 한국말 정말 잘하세요~ 개인풀장도 깔끔하고, 바다도 가깝고, 공영수영장도 넓고 좋았습니다. 식사는 안해봐서 잘 모르겠어요. 숙소의 아쉬운 점은 1층에 침실이 없어 어르신분들이 계단을 오르셔야해요. 하지만 2층,3층에 좋은 침실과 각방에 화장실도 있어서 생활하는데는 큰 문제없어요. 너무나도 만족한 숙소였고 이번 베트남 여행으로 인류애가 차올랐습니다. 감사합니다. We stayed here for 3 days. The unit on the 3rd floor was spacious, and the bathrooms were very clean. Also, all the staff members were exceptionally friendly. In particular, when my mother got injured on our last night, the staff responded so quickly—even though it was late at night—by contacting a nearby hospital in advance, which allowed us to visit the hospital safely. I am deeply grateful to the Furama Villa staff. For Korean guests, there is a manager named "Hwang" who speaks Korean fluently, so you won't have any communication issues at all. The private pool was clean, the beach was close by, and the main public pool was spacious and great. We didn't try the meals, so I can't comment on that. The only downside to the accommodation is that there are no bedrooms on the 1st floor, meaning elderly guests have to climb the stairs. However, there are great bedrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors with private bathrooms in each room, so it wasn't a big problem for our stay. Overall, it was an incredibly satisfying stay, and this trip to Vietnam truly restored my faith in humanity. Thank you so much!

Thanks to Ms. Nhi’s kind welcome and check-in with welcome drinks, our family had memorable first impression of Furama Resort, Villas. After the check-in, thanks to Mr. Hoang’s genuine explanation and close advising services during stay, our entire family had unforgettable staying experience in Furama Villas. When we introduced to V-sense cafe for the quick lunch before check-in, everything was perfect except the hot temperatures and dishes appeared to be cleared away in a hurry, possibly due to the arrival of the air-conditioning repair technician. Most memorable touch during our stay was Mr. Hoang’s birthday cake arrangement to our mother. Especially, Mr. Hoang helps for the perfect timing at the time of our room arrival from the dinner venue, even it was late night. Jasmine room seems have drainage issue in the shower booth, but Mr. Hoang helped us quickly about the issue. I appreciate all the buggy drivers during our stay and Danaksara team members for the wonderful breakfast.
