Very smooth check-in, Kevin, Lauren and staff took care of us the minutes we arrived.

Very clean, comfortable, and great customer service. Raymond at the bell service and front lobby area is always professional and super helpful. I always stay at the Nikko because the beds are very comfortable, the amenities, and the bathtubs are excellent for the value.

The Hotel Nikko Saigon was where we stayed. You can easily access every area of the city thanks to the hotel's location. Unless we told the maids otherwise, the room was kept spotless. It was a lovely breakfast. The pool on the balcony was spotless. Additionally, the service was excellent.Along with his teammates Sabrina, Harvey, Selena, Jin, Dean, Andy, and manager Yvonne, I must thank Mr. Kevin for his outstanding abilities. Overall, the hotel was immaculately maintained. Without a doubt, we'll go back to the city and stay at Hotel Nikko.

I love how this hotel combines traditional and contemporary design. It is both sophisticated and comfortable. Our rooms had all the amenities we needed and were opulent and cozy. The people at reception, especially Kevin and his coworkers, Nhi, Laurent, and Joe, were incredibly helpful and nice. All of our requests were satisfied and we received courteous treatment. It is also perfectly located within the city, offering easy access to major institutions and transit.

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Nikko Saigon. The location, staff, rooms and facilities were amazing. The staff made my stay exceptional. Everything was seamless and I was always greeted by the staff who remembers you and checks in on you as well. I want to especially thank Raymond for always looking out for me and helping me throughout my stay. Highly recommend staying at Hotel Nikko for excellent service and a home away from home.
