⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My partner and I had the pleasure of enjoying one of amazing Romantic dinner eversince at RIU Palace Swahili to celebrate our anniversary, even though the beach setting is artificial the entire experience was truly exceptional. What made the EVENING ESPECIALLY MEMORABLE was the outstanding hospitality service from Mr romance, LEONARDO. Referring to his professionalism, warmth, and smiling face,incredible attention to detail were second to none. He anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, ensuring that every little detail was perfectly taken care of throughout the evening. As a couple celebrating such a special milestone, we truly appreciated the thoughtful,touches and the genuine care he showed. Since he earlier understood that it wasn’t simply a dinner—it was a special celebration of our love and anniversary, and he went above and beyond to make the occasion feel personal and unforgettable by taking us beautiful technical photos . His dedication and attention to detail are a true reflection of the high standard of hospitality at RIU HOTELS WORLDWIDE The romantic atmosphere, beautiful setting, excellent food, and impeccable service came together to create an evening we will remember for a long time. An absolutely beautiful experience and one we would happily recommend to couples looking for a truly special and unique romantic evening. ❤️🥂✨

Just got back from our Honeymoon and what an incredible 10 days! By far the best all inclusive resort we have ever visited. So many food options to choose from and the a la carte restaurants did not disappoint. These have to be booked on an app but you do have to book well in advance. We managed to get into 3 in our 10 night stay. One thing that made our holiday was the incredible service, the staff work extremely hard and nothing is too much. Plenty of sun loungers too which is one thing we were concerned about after reading reviews but it wasn’t an issue unless we arrived after midday and the sun was out! Only thing that did let the hotel down was the noise from the evening entertainment. Myself and my husband aren’t huge drinkers and like an early night we did have to purchase ear plugs from the on site shop. It is extremely loud unless you have an elite room/swim up as all other rooms face the entertainment stage. On our second day we spoke to management about this and they kindly changed our room (despite being at full capacity) to a room higher up but it was still fairly loud. Just something to bear in mind but overall we had an incredible stay. One thing to not miss is the free water sports - these can be booked at the kiosk near the beach.

Furaha was very nice and helpful and very beautiful we high recommend her

Very specifically the experience in the steakhouse restaurant was wonderfull. The meat was great and the service provided by Salim Jr was very friendly.

Very nice Hotel. We Like Eliza very much.
