We had a wonderful stay at RIU Palace Zanzibar. Everything was excellent — the rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was delicious and varied, and the service was outstanding. The staff were always friendly, attentive, and helpful. The only inconvenience was that the electricity went out every day for around 2–3 minutes, usually at approximately 6:00 PM. It would have been much better if guests had been informed about this in advance, as on the first day it was quite unexpected and a little frightening. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again.
