AluaSun Helios Beach

We really enjoyed this hotel as a family with one 8 year old. The pool is a good size, and the location to the beach is amazing! The hotel is clean, rooms are cleaned daily and towels changed daily if needed. We had a beautiful sea view room. Food was more limited than some all inclusive hotels but I felt it was better quality. The cocktails and drinks were all strong and a good variety. My only negative would be the plastic cups that were not reusable and so there was a lot of plastic waste. We would happily return.

The hotel was shocking, no way was it a 3* hotel. The room was ok but the food was cold, repetitive, not clearly marked for allergies or intolerance. Only ok if you eat pork and fish. The staff other than the lifeguard were all rude and miserable, no entertainment unless you were under 5, no activities and plain boring. The beach was ok, just as well as the pool was not very clean and the swim up bar was only accessible if you were Bulgarian and a big drinker. Lifeguard was only good thing. Clearly none of the staff or patrons like black people and I am white woman writing this. The town was stuck in the early 90's and staff follow you round like you are likely to steal. Therefore will not be going back or recommending this hotel

The rooms are spacious, attractive, and comfortable, and the staff were the best and friendliest I have ever encountered. Not only do meals last for two hours, but you can arrive whenever you like; they are scheduled at short intervals, and in between, you can grab a bite at the bar—such as pizza, fruit, or pastries. I also wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Walenty, who helped my family with various things throughout our week-long stay; he arranged a trip to the water park for us, and it was a pleasure chatting with him in Polish, as he speaks the language.

I just came back from a six days holiday in AluaSun Helios Beach Hotel. Everything was very good and I shall come back next year no doubt. Clean, very good food, drink and coffee, personnel very kind. All of them but I need to remark Dimitar the lifeguard, very friendly and with care, ready to give a help, serious working there. And with him you can speak a lot of things.
