Astor Garden Hotel

We stayed at the hotel for a weekend expecting 5‑star quality, but unfortunately the experience fell far below that standard. The service was rather poor, and the cleanliness absolutely substandard for the price we paid. For example, the cleaning staff never checked and cleaned the terraces, the bed were made sloppily, with worn-out towels fitting better to a 2-star hotel. This is simply not acceptable for a luxury hotel. In addition, the night bar, which was open 24/7, was staffed by visibly bored and disengaged employees, making the atmosphere anything but welcoming. Breakfast was good but service rather poor - I had to ask twice for napkins, and they never arrived before I left. Overall, the staff seemed unmotivated, rarely smiled, and didn’t greet guests. For a hotel in this price category, this level of service is extremely disappointing. To add to that, we were charged 7 EUR per day for parking, which feels unreasonable given the already high room rate. The hotel is pet friendly, which is great, but we were charged extremely high - 52 EUR per night. A 5‑star hotel should deliver comfort, care, and professionalism. Sadly, this stay delivered none of those.

We really enjoyed our dinner at Monty Restaurant. The menu is sophisticated and thoughtfully created, with well-balanced flavors and beautifully presented dishes. Everything we tried was delicious, and the service was friendly and attentive. We would definitely recommend it and look forward to coming back.

I absolutely loved my stay at Astor Garden hotel and I couldn’t recommend it more to anyone who wants to experience a luxury stay and break from the all inclusive type of holiday from once in a while. I even saw people commenting at the check in or even here in the comments about stuff not being included. If you want an all inclusive package this is not for you, so do some research before. The location is peaceful and has absolutely beautiful gardens, is quiet and close to the beach, supermarket, beach bars. The pool is heated and big, good quality sunbeds, sand between them so a sensorial experience. Room is super clean and they clean it everyday. It smells so nice on all hallways all the time. Breakfast is various, plenty to choose from, we even have avocados which honestly it’s a big thing, not many hotels offer it and we have seen quite some in our life. Staff is super friendly and they smile all the time. I recommend it with all my heart!

I would like to highly recommend Astor Garden Hotel. It is a perfect hotel with a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere, beautiful rooms, and complimentary access to Aqua house Thermal throughout the entire stay. We arrived at the hotel in the morning, and they allowed us to check into our room before the official check-in time. Not only that, but they also upgraded our room to one with a pool and sea view! There is no doubt that we will return here again!
