Very nice hotel with a good atmosphere. Rooms are great, clean and with a comfortable bed. The food in the main restaurant was ok. Preferred the pasta and pizza, but the que for the pasta was always long, so sometimes i didnt bother. I like to have a salad for lunsj and tuna is my favorite. But it was no tuna available for lunsj..only for breakfast and dinner. When i asked they either said that or that they didn't have any more left. Funny when it was on the buffet for breakfast. I often had lunsj at the lunsj restaurant beside the pool. Lovely food and staff. I want to spesially mention Nanda and Nikolai. Always smiling and offered great service. About the rest of the staff i think all that came from Bali was the nicest. Always smiling. I will visit the hotel again. Rosa Donaldson

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Grifid NOA in Bulgaria and truly enjoyed every moment. The hotel is beautiful, modern, exceptionally clean, a relaxing atmosphere, and outstanding service. A special thank you goes to Deyan Kolev, guest relation manager. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for guests made our holiday even more enjoyable. One of the most elegant resorts in Bulgaria 🇧🇬 Amazing design, friendly staff, wide variety of food and beverages, many a-la-carte options even on the beach ⛱️ managed by the hotel. Recommended for families with kids and couples as there are adults only zones by the infinity and beach pools, restaurants and at the spa.

Grifid NOA - have probably the best location in this area and for sure is the most beautiful one! Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Strongly recommend "De Luxe" package with sea view. Now - the most powerful and the best impression was the quality of the personnel and the superior quality of the food. From my point of view - as an experienced trainer in the industry of services - I was amazed by the positive attitude and energy of the young team of employees. Congratulations to the management team for the quality of their people! I would like to mention some of them who really made our experience even nicer here: Widya, ARTA, Ayu Pradina, Bintang, Rio, Amry, Angga. Strongly recommend this place for the ones who looks for luxury in the Golden Sands area!
