Overall, Golden Sands did not impress me. The resort is quite dirty, and unfortunately, the cleanliness of the hotel was also disappointing. The drainage grates around the pool were covered in sludge. The tiles were supposedly rinsed with water, but rubbish, hair and even nail clippings were left under the sun loungers in exactly the same places throughout our entire stay. The entertainment was also very poor. The animators hardly paid any attention to the children. They would simply give them some markers and sheets of paper and then sit on their phones. Instead, they seemed more interested in joking around and entertaining male guests around their own age. The sound system was terrible — it was constantly crackling and clearly needs to be repaired. The food was repetitive and nothing special. Overall, unfortunately, the hotel and Golden Sands itself did not meet our expectations.

Everything was of a very high standard. The hotel was clean, the rooms were beautiful, and the service was courteous and professional. There was a wide variety of delicious dishes every day, so everyone could find something they liked. I would especially like to mention Alexander, who was present in the dining area during breakfast and dinner. He was always polite, helpful, and genuinely interested in whether the guests were enjoying their stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at the hotel and would gladly recommend it.

AVOID!!! Booked this hotel as a last minute family holiday for September 2025 with three children and two adults. Whilst the animation team were great with the children and daily activities and the rooms were clean the rest of our stay has been AWFUL, most staff are rude,unhelpful and a cleaner shouted at my 4 year old son for being too ‘loud’ playing in the pool with his brothers, evening time dinner they RAN OUT of food to serve guests after just 1 hour,no tables and people eating on the floor and sofas away from restaurant. This wasn’t very child welcoming. As an English family we were by far the minority and nobody spoke. Food under cooked and raw chicken and repetitive and cold. But I wouldn’t advise coming with children or anyone under the age of 50. There wasn’t many choice of dishes within food choice.

RUDE STAFF!!!!! WON’ T BE BACK!! I have been here for 6 days already, i asked the lady when are they meant to change the bedsheets in the rooms and they said once every 2-3 days. Today is my 6th day and didn t have the sheets changed at all! I phoned reception almost every day to tell them i need the bed sheets changed and they always said yes someone will come but they didn t . Today i went to reception and told them to come with me in the room so they can see themselves but they refused and sent a cleaning lady instead. The cleaning lady was very very rude. She gave me a dirty look and refused to enter the room if i am not away(i was only gonna show her the dirty sheets) so she just left and said something rude to me, her behaviour was unnacceptable and she came back started cleaning my room but she kept throwing stuff on the floor and looking at me like i was the bad person

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing! Everything from the rooms to the food was great, but what truly made our vacation unforgettable was the animation team. Huge thanks to Pola, Marti, and Aysi – you brought so much energy, fun, and good vibes every single day! The activities were always well-organized and full of laughter, whether it was pool games, evening shows, or dance sessions. You made everyone feel welcome and involved — adults and kids alike. We genuinely looked forward to seeing you every day! Thank you again for making our holiday so special. We’ll definitely recommend this place — and especially the animation team — to friends and family. Keep up the amazing work!
