St Raphael

We have been visiting this hotel since 2017. It is situated right by a sandy beach with a gentle entry into the sea. It features beautiful, well-maintained gardens where you can find sun loungers if you prefer not to lie on the beach. The rooms are tasteful, clean, and functional, each with a small balcony equipped with a drying rack—a very practical touch. The pools are spotless and well-maintained. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The food is amazing, and there is something for everyone. Don't expect the 50 varieties of dishes and desserts that all taste the same, like you might find in Turkey; here, the selection is smaller, but the food is diverse and delicious.

Everything was just wonderful! The spacious room was spotless and comfortable. I really enjoyed the delicious breakfast, which had a great variety of options. The private beach was lovely, with plenty of comfy beds and it was spotless too. The staff was always there for us, welcoming and super friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We returned with our friends Yolanda and John, and another couple. Once again a fabulous stay. Our room was fabulous and spotlessly clean. Exceptional service from staff who remembered us from the previous year. Even the staff who did not know us were friendly, helpful and highly professional. Food was amazing. It was a wonderful and unexpected surprise by Mr Kilanis to arrange for us to have a delicious cake to celebrate our anniversary. We will definitely be back again.

We’ve just come back from another fantastic stay at the St Raphael Hotel & Marina Resort where we celebrated our son’s birthday. As always, the team made us feel incredibly welcome and went out of their way to make his birthday one to remember. They surprised him with a birthday cake, card and gift in our room, which was such a thoughtful touch. We were also very grateful for the room upgrade. We come here regularly and our children genuinely think it’s the best hotel in Cyprus. They love the pools, the water slide, the food and especially the dessert buffet. The beach is beautiful with soft, clean sand, and it gives us real peace of mind knowing there are always lifeguards and first aid staff close by. The staff are always friendly, attentive and happy to help. The beds are huge and very comfortable, there are several great restaurants including a fantastic outdoor meze restaurant, and there’s plenty to keep the children entertained with the a park, beautiful gardens and daily activities. The spa is also a lovely place to relax. Thank you to everyone at St Raphael for another amazing family holiday. We already can’t wait to come back next year.

Absolutely exceed all my expectations! Breakfast and lunch options were all excellent (I dined in the octagonal room), lots of food variety with some Cypriot touches, everything felt fresh and healthy. If you crave something Asian, the resort's Thai restaurant was EXCELLENT, restaurant has nice decor and atmosphere (indoor and outdoor seating with shade) food tasted authentic and very comforting (I had the noodle soup with seafood and lemongrass). Staff were knowledgeable, accommodating, happy to answer questions about food due to my dietary restrictions (e.g., what is halal, no alcohol, or for vegetarian/seafood options). I got some water on my phone and called room service to ask for a bowl of uncooked rice, I got immediate help (with a generous container of rice and covered lid!) and great advice on what to do to save my phone. I felt very cared for during my stay, and look forward to visiting Cyprus and staying at this resort again.
