Bluesun Hotel Marina

Overcrowded, restaurant is self service no proactive considering beverages. Main dishes for dinner are well under expected . Parking is not close so forget keeping some staff in the car. Beautiful surroundings and beech. Four star hotel should have better organized sun beds directly on the beech. Hotel parcel is too small and seems nervous to pick up equipment for overnight even before regular working hours. How to enjoy sunset? Not to mention price of beds and parking. And no bar near the beach , you share bar of neighborhood hotel but no adequate service and bill the room even it is same owner. Big plus for nature, reception desk , volet parking and lady cleaner on B wing fourth floor. And thank God for 28 degrees sea temperature! And for management and staff, little changes/effort make great difference!

Good hotel for families with small children, otherwise, avoid it. The rooms are very small , A/C is not adequate. We had a superior room for two adults and one teenager which was tiny. Our room temperature was 25° despite air-conditioning on constantly. The bathroom was nice however smelled of mould. Beds are comfortable, decent bed linen however the towels urgently need to be replaced with new ones they are old and rough. Overpriced! For the price of €360 a night the room was not even close to satisfactory. Breakfast buffet was good however restaurant is overcrowded and it was very chaotic , not pleasant. Hotel is in a beautiful setting, very close to the beach. Lovely beach is literally on the doorstep. Reception staff was lovely, some Restaurant stuff was very helpful, mainly foreign workers. The guys in charge of car parking and valeting were uninterested in their work. They were more interested in their phones and their cigarettes. We had no help with our luggage. It was not even offered. Having said all of this, this hotel sadly needs lots of improvement as it has a great potential.

Bluesun Hotel Marina is overpriced We stayed at Bluesun Hotel Marina in August 2026: 10 days, 2 adults and 1 child. We paid around €3,300 just for the hotel. Add flights, airport transfer, beach chairs (€40 per day from the hotel), lunches (€50–60 per day), ice cream and other small expenses, and a 10-day family vacation in Croatia easily goes above €5,500. Rooms The rooms are clean and neat, and the size is average. However, even at the price we paid, our room overlooked the neighboring balcony rather than the sea. A sea view costs extra. Hotel territory Very small. In my view, the territory is not even close to what I would expect from a 4-star resort hotel. Beach We really loved the sea, the surrounding nature and this particular beach. The water is exceptionally clean. The beach is small-pebble rather than sandy. It is more comfortable for children than a rocky beach, but still not as convenient as a proper sandy beach. Beach chairs from the hotel cost around €40 per day, which feels excessive considering the room price. Food Overall, we liked the food. This is one of the few parts of the hotel that actually matches the price and the 4-star rating. One strange issue is breakfast: there are only two frying stations for omelettes. You either spend 15–20 minutes waiting in line or simply skip the omelette. Kids room and entertainment The kids room was a major disappointment. There is a gaming console, so naturally our child was glued to the football game whenever he went there. At the same time, nobody seems to maintain the traditional games. For example, both tabletop football games were missing the ball. So they have no chance of competing with the TV games. There are also sports and entertainment activities at another Bluesun hotel nearby, around a 7–10 minute walk away, but we never used them. Parking The hotel charges €10 per day for parking, and this is actually worth it. They provide valet parking, which is convenient and reasonably priced. Conclusion In my view, Bluesun Hotel Marina feels more like a good 3-star hotel than a 4-star hotel. It was definitely not worth the price we paid. At this price point, even in August, you can find much better value for money in other destinations. That said, we still managed to have a great family vacation. The sea and the beach were beautiful, the food was good, and we enjoyed our time together.

Location is perfect. Parking area could be better organized, especially for Premium/ Luxury vehicles. Atmosphere is on a good level. Rooms can be cleaned every day if needed. Value could be better for this money. Cleanliness is OK. Noise level- depends on other guests. Service- is ok. I want to emphasize Mr. ALVARO from PERU in the Restaurant, very professional and polite. Also ladies in Playground are perfect match for the childrens.

This used to be a very nice, pleasant, and quiet place, located near the sea and the beach. The location hasn't changed. The hotel staff is still very polite and helpful, the rooms are small but clean and quite comfortable. But in the last couple of years, the type of guest has changed radically. Most of the guests are now ill-mannered and rude ukrainians, who are inescapable, and whose screams are constantly heard. And to top it all off, there are hundreds upon hundreds of small children screaming, crying, and running around you in the dining room, on the paths, on the beach, everywhere. If all this doesn't bother you, then feel free to come here for an adventure.
