Medora Auri Family Beach Resort

I stayed at this hotel for a week in September with my family. There was some room for improvement. In the room, I missed having a way to dry wet swimwear and towels; there was a heated towel rail in the bathroom mounted very high up, so it was difficult to reach. Not a single hook for hanging a towel. On the plus side, they had provided a step stool for the children. The air conditioning was very loud and barely cooled the room, so it could be bothersome if you are sensitive to noise. Otherwise, the room felt clean and the cleaning staff was very helpful. We chose "half-board plus"—since getting a four-year-old to sit still in a restaurant in the evening can be tricky—but it’s not something I’d recommend. There wasn't much on the dinner buffet that was appealing to eat. We’ve tried many different all-inclusive hotels, and in terms of food, this was unfortunately by far the worst. The cleaning around the children's pool wasn't particularly good. They didn't come to set up the sun loungers until around lunchtime either, so we had to arrange that ourselves every day. I suppose I expect a bit more from a four-star hotel.

Hotel is a good place stay with a small kid. View is great, room is nice, beach is conveniently located. The restaurant serves delicious meals and the staff such as Ankica Č and Rupeš with their professionalism and attention to details elevated our experience. Thank you!

We just came and had drinks at the bar Indigo and Branimir K and Ana Marija few times and they were so friendly and professional and extremely helpful! We came back several times because of them!

The terrible staff attitude really let my experience down, otherwise this would have been 5/5. From the reception staff to the catering staff, they were all devoid of any pleasantries. However the bar staff by the beach were rude beyond belief, unable to offer anything other than the bare minimum of attention. Luckily they accepted I wasn’t paying for orders that weren’t completed. I’ll be heading somewhere else next year.
