Everything is excellent! Highly recommended, from the cleanliness to the friendly staff and the delicious food.

This is undoubtedly a very well-equipped hotel complex. The reception staff, and in general the entire hotel team, are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and enthusiastic. The hotel is exceptionally clean, including both the indoor areas and the pool facilities. What could be improved Rooms Our room had only three power outlets in total. For example, there wasn’t a single outlet near the electric kettle—the only ones were next to the beds. There was also nowhere to dry wet swimsuits or towels, not even on the balcony. The minibar/refrigerator didn’t work. We actually stayed in two different rooms during our stay, and the fridge was broken in both. The soundproofing is quite poor. Noise from the room above can be heard very clearly, which can be disturbing. The blackout curtains don’t fully block the daylight, so it’s impossible to make the room completely dark. Pool area I’ve stayed in many hotels, but this was the first one where guests were not allowed to sit by the pool before 9:00 a.m. The staff actually ask you to leave if you arrive earlier. Instead, you’re directed to the pool bar area, which doesn’t even open until 8:00 a.m. It felt unnecessarily restrictive and wasn’t a great way to start the day. Wellness & Gym The hotel also has indoor pools, but children under the age of 12 are not allowed to use them. The gym exists, but to be honest, it’s not particularly well equipped. If you want to train legs, core, or perform a complete strength workout, you’ll need to get creative. There are no dedicated machines for those muscle groups. The gym mainly offers a power rack and a couple of cable stations. The dumbbell selection is incomplete and somewhat disorganized, and the cardio equipment—including treadmills, elliptical trainers, and stair climbers—is quite worn and clearly showing its age. Restaurant Dinner costs around €100 for a family of three. The dinner service also ends quite early at 9:00 p.m., and the restaurant simply cannot cope with the number of guests during peak times. As a result, you’ll often find yourself looking for cutlery, glasses, napkins, and other basic items because the staff don’t have enough time to restock them. The same applies to the food—many dishes regularly run out, and the chefs simply can’t replenish everything quickly enough. That said, despite these operational issues, the quality of most of the food is excellent. Location The location is excellent. The beach is just a short walk from the pool area, and it’s easy to find a shaded place to relax. Overall This hotel has fantastic potential, excellent facilities, and a genuinely friendly, hardworking, and professional young staff. Most of the issues we experienced—especially those related to the restaurant and pool operations—seem to be management decisions rather than the fault of the employees, who were doing their best under difficult circumstances. However, considering the price of the hotel, these shortcomings should not exist. They significantly detract from what could otherwise be an outstanding experience.

The hotel is clean, the staff is kind and welcoming, and the atmosphere is relaxing. We are really enjoying our holiday and would happily recommend this hotel to others!
