Air conditioning did not work. Room smelled terrible. Pool area was very nice. Shower stall is tiny.

I had high hopes for this hotel, however it failed on many levels. We stayed in Korcula for 3 nights in August 2026 with my husband and teenage daughter. The positives are that the location is great and the pool is wonderful. Everything else was sub par. We had a junior suite with an ocean view. The room was very outdated and had electricity issues. The power kept shutting off around 11 pm every night. We would tell the front desk and they were truly unconcerned. It happened 2/3 nights of our stay. One night the front desk came with a tool to try and reset the power box, but was unable to locate it. In addition, we were locked out of our room on several occasions and none of the key cards would work. They had to get the maintenance person to let us in with an actual key and he even had trouble getting us into the room. This happened twice and we had to wait up to an hour each time to get back into the room. When we checked out, we spoke with the GM about a refund and they agreed to a 15% refund (which is ridiculous in my opinion, but not worth the argument). We still have not received this discount despite numerous emails with him. He repeatedly reports he is unaware of the delay. This is unacceptable. I do not recommend this hotel! I have never written a review before, so this was a really terrible experience.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were lovely, and everything felt easy from check-in to check-out. The location was also very convenient. We had a great experience overall and would definitely stay here again.
