The Hotel was amazing the staff were fantastic cheerful helpful and wanted to please we had exceptional service from Alexa who went the extra”extra mile” to suggest where to go what to see and where to eat she always had a lovely smile and time to talk The breakfast was unbelievable with everything and anything you could want the chef even personally made us poached eggs! Zuhri was always full of fun and made for a lovely atmosphere in the dining room and made us very welcome every morning There are several indoor activities , pool tables , table tennis, table football a well equipped gym and a lovely indoor pool and spa facilities One thing to note avoid sea view rooms on the 9th floor if possible as they are directly underneath the breakfast room which starts up between 6-6.30 and is very noisy with the movement of chairs above you and noisy coffee machines Brilliant location with very frequent bus service into the Old Town Lovely week was had by all

The rooms were spotless, clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location was perfect. the breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. The atmosphere was relaxing and luxurious, making our stay truly memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return in the future!

Overall, everything was excellent. The room always felt comfortable and welcoming throughout the stay. I would especially like to mention the housekeeping team: room 3203 was kept impeccably clean every day. I forgot to leave a tip, but I truly appreciate the hard work and dedication.
