Exceeded our expectations, check in and info , from Mikala was so good. We had a lovely room over looking the bush and a great balcony. This was an upgrade I felt. Breakfast offered a good range and all staff we encountered we very friendly and helpful They offer transport to other restaurants and pick up from bus stop , as we bussed it from Zagreb. Amazingly convenient location and the staff could not have been more helpful The indoor pool and sauna were an added attraction

Large hotel that is steps away from the hiking exit at lake plitvice. Our group tour included this fantastic lake and because we had a long drive to our next stop we spent one night here. We had one of the larger rooms with a living area, sun room, bedroom with a king and twin and 2 bathrooms. While we found the dinner and breakfast buffet had some good hours (maybe typical in this area?) and variety, we didn’t love the overall taste of the food. We found a hidden gem downstairs with a sauna and pool, open late on certain days. Overall the rooms have not been updated much but very clean and again we had a huge multi room unit. I would stay here again if in the area.

This hotel takes you back to he 1960’s but they say that is intentional. It’s a great place to stay to explore the national park and its beautiful waters and natural beauty. The rooms are comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. Food very average. The so called whirlpool/jacuzzi was just a bath - no bubbles or jets or anything resembling a proper spa/jacuzzi. In fact the water was almost cold!
