What a fantastic experience at Olivo Restaurant! The food was excellent, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the service was outstanding. Thank you so much, we’ll definitely be back next year!

The campsite itself is absolutely fantastic. It is beautiful, very well maintained, surrounded by amazing nature, and the facilities are excellent. It is also advertised as a family campsite, which is one of the main reasons we chose it. However, our experience was very disappointing. We arrived with our two children. On the second evening, a group of campers parked a few pitches away from us pushed their tables together, brought out an accordion and started their party. At first, we had no problem with it—people are on holiday and everyone wants to enjoy themselves. But by 11:00 p.m., our children were still awake, crying because they could not sleep. The group was singing loudly, shouting, barking like dogs, and playing music at full volume. My husband went to the reception to explain the situation. The staff told him that the campsite rules state that quiet hours are only from midnight until 7:00 a.m. and that “it is normal.” When my husband asked what they suggested we should do, a security guard came to the reception and simply repeated that these were the campsite rules. He even suggested that we come back the next day to discuss the matter with the management. My husband replied that he and his family wanted to sleep now, not the next day. Unfortunately, the answer was that there was nothing they could do. The party continued. At 1:00 a.m., people were still singing loudly. We were completely exhausted and eventually fell asleep from fatigue. We don’t even know when the party finally ended. The next morning, we packed everything and left the campsite. When you pay for a campsite that promotes itself as a family campsite, you expect a peaceful evening, not loud drunken parties, shouting, music and inappropriate behaviour throughout the night. If your plan is to come with friends and party late into the night, this campsite may be perfect for you. But if you are travelling with children and looking for a quiet family holiday, be aware that you never know when a party might start nearby, and according to the campsite staff, nothing will be done until midnight. In our opinion, this is not really a family campsite—it is more of a campsite for groups of friends. It’s a real shame, because without this experience we would have happily given this campsite 5 stars.

We had a nice vacation - beach is wide, with a lot of space. Good restaurant and bar there. Rental of swimming equipment available. Mobile house is compact, but you have all you need. And it is very clean, all appliences are working well. You have all dishes, kitchen equipment. Several stores in the area. Krk city is 15 min walk. Special thanks to staff member - Rupon - he was very nice and supportive, during 12 days stay he was coming to check on us, help to change fresh towels or fill in soap.

Dear Valamar Management, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding our recent stay at Ježevac Premium Camping Resort between June 23 and June 27, 2026. I booked a mobile home with the expectation of a happy and relaxing holiday. However, during the night of June 26 to 27, extremely loud and persistent noise—described as heavy, rhythmic bass—made it practically impossible to rest until approximately 4:30 AM. The source of the disturbance was the Punat Music Festival, which was clearly audible throughout the resort and definetelly in the seaside mobile home A47. What I find particularly concerning is that, according to the on-site staff, this is a known and recurring issue every year, and there is nothing they can do to mitigate it. In light of this, I consider it unacceptable that no prior warning or information was provided at the time of booking regarding the expected noise levels during this period. In my view, it is not a fair or transparent practice to offer accommodation under such conditions without clearly informing guests in advance about a known circumstance that significantly impacts their ability to rest. This lack of disclosure undermines trust and negatively affects the overall experience. I must emphasize that this situation was deeply disappointing and detracted significantly from our short family holiday, which was an important occasion for us. I kindly request your response regarding the investigation of this matter, as well as information on what form of compensation you consider appropriate under these circumstances. Furthermore, I expect that in the future, I will be properly informed in advance about similar known disturbances in case I ever will select Valamar property again.

One of the worst experience in my hollidays so far: Mobile home was badly maintained: - realy awful smell from the air conditioner first minutes when starting. Every time. The maintainance came and was cleaning it, the insides were filthy. - toiletes were wobbly - in one of the bathrooms the floor under the sink was humid, the maintainance later told us it was from the wobbly toilet bowl. They had to unscrew both toilet bowls lift disconect them and fix them, transfering the (to be fair water like) liquid around the mobile home. - the entrance sliding doors were very hard to open or close, and we are not weak people Besides that: - there was an extremely loud music going on over the bay, the base sound was going through the walls and almost shake them. Of course nobody notified us that basically we wouldn't be able to sleep for 4 out of 6 nights. The concert on the second night lasted until 4:20 am. - We decided to leave and they decided they will mercifully not charge us for the end of stay cleaning and even offered us late check out, what a joke. - we have been in several Valamar locations in the last years, well, never again.
