Villa Tuttorotto

The VT team took such great care of us and we had a wonderful stay. Rooms were very clean and comfortable and we enjoyed breakfast on the terrace daily. The hotel is very close to riva and all stores / conveniences. Annie, USA

My wife and I enjoyed our 2-night stay. I requested a nice sea view, and we were in room 43. Our room was on the 4th floor, and had 2 windows with really nice views overlooking the harbor. Our room was spacious, very well-furnished, new and well-maintained, very comfortable and very clean. One note is that we accessed our room using the stairs. There is an elevator up to the 3rd floor, but I was told it is a bit slow. The hotel is a block from the harbor and Tito Square, and it is an easy walk to anywhere in the small Old Town. The staff were all extremely nice. The breakfast was good. We parked our car in the Mirna lot, about 5 blocks away. The cost was 25 euros/day, which the staff arranged. They used an electric cart to transport our luggage.

Wow, off season the best place ever.! In a very beautiful town in a very hospitable hotel with all services at hand we experienced a wonderful stay.

We spent five glorious days in Rovinj, based at the lovely Villa Tuttorotto, and had such a good time. Hospitality was amazing (and went way beyond what we later experienced in Zadar and Split - maybe Istrian hospitality is rather more special than its Dalmatian counterpart)! We met Dom, Olga and Tatjana and they could not have been more welcoming. Dom always found time to answer my questions on Croatian history (for which, many thanks). Olga and Tatjana were kind, helpful and always charming. Everyone’s English is excellent. Puts Brits to shame. We were in room 43 - lots of stairs to get up there (there is a lift to the third floor but it’s slow and I’m claustrophobic) but a wonderful view from the room - indeed from the bed! Breakfasts were generous, fresh and scrambled eggs made to order. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Olga made us a great packed breakfast for our final morning when we had to leave at 5.30am to get the Pula-Zadar ferry. Eating out on the terrace in the sunshine was sublime. Rovinj itself is a beautiful location. We enjoyed strolling the cobbled streets (carefully) and the great shops, bars and restaurants which abound. We would love to come back one day. It was a little slice of heaven and we are very grateful to all the staff at Villa Tuttorotto for making our stay so enjoyable. Thank you.

A charming seaside hotel with the most gracious hospitality I’ve ever encountered. Located in the heart of the old town, Villa Tuttorotto is ideally situated for taking walks along the water and for roaming around its cobbled streets. Every room has a lovely sea view. We were met with the offer of an Aperol Spritz on the balcony. Breakfasts were amazing—crepes with berries one morning and cheese omelets the next. The staff was personable and attentive. Special thanks to Dom and Olga for making our visit to Rovinj so memorable. Villa Tuttorotto has my highest recommendation!
