Aladdin Beach Resort

As soon as we arrived at the hotel we were asked if we wanted to upgrade our room, without actually weeing the current room we have, so no idea what if this was some con, When we arrived to the room we was actually very happy with the size of thr room, although we should have had a pool/ garden view, and had a view of a desert football pitch. The room cleaners/maids were awfull, the 1st few days we left tips out for them, as most had advised to do, but we were getting our water bottles topped up, toilet roll wasnt replaced, and our empty small empty shower gel/conditioner tubs were being taken out of the bin and put back onto the side. And on more than 1 occasion, we had been out all day from before 8:30 and coming back up at 6 after a full day by the pool, the room still hadn't been cleaned, so had to sit about waiting. The pools are actually pretty decent, the 2 main pools are ideal for kids, not going about 1.5m deep, tho 1 of the pools has a very steep trop wich can be a bit dangerous if your unaware. Around the pool tho as extremely slippy, there was a lot of people we seen there slip and one person in our group slipper snd seemed to very badly injured his knee. The entertainment around the pool was very disappointing, they did a morning yoga than a workout, which seemed to go on for way way to long, then the other 2 activities they did, pool and darts, were both on at the same time at 10am, which was activities most of the males in our group wanted to do so was a bit disappointing. The bar staff round the pool were normally very helpful and pleasant, always happy to bring your drinks over, the plastic cups they provide tho are an absolute waste of time, so id definitely recommend taking your own larger insulated cup which there more than happy to fill up. Theres isnt any real selection of beer, its drinkable but nothing special, only had white and red wine and no rose, ice cream was only from 2pm till 4 pm. The food was very basic and repetitive pretty much the same food every day, the beach bar/snack bar was a bit of a free for all, youd que to get your pizza made, then when you qued to pick it up, people were just jump in and take whatever they wanted, did cause a few arguments and that, but the lunch at the main pool was a lot better lot less pushing in and arguing, but an awful lot less selection that at the beach or the main restaurant. Sometimes youd get asked for drinks sometimes youd get completely ignored, same in all the restaurants. Some of the cleaners for thr restaurants were a bit in your face asking if you was happy with how clean the toilets were and if you were happy, making it very obvious they were expecting a tip, but these were the only people to do it. The entertainment at night was exactly the same every night, except for the halaween party which was probably the best entertainment I've seen in a hotel, but every other night it was a belly dancer, a different one, but every show we watched seemed to be a belly dancer. We had 6 kids in our group and none or them seemed interested at all in the mini disco, could definitely do with a bit of modernising. The inside bars had a lot of tv's and there's always some football on, so if you wanna watch a bit of futy there was always something on to watch. One thing we was disappointed with is that there was a disco then went on late into the night, but after 11 you had to pay for drinks, and 12:30 for the inside, stuff like popcorn and candy floss paying extra for is very understandable, but some cocktails you need to pay for in an all inclusive hotel is disappointing. The toilets around the hotel definitely need to be positioned a lot better, the toilets for thr whole outside entertainment were inside in reception, there should absolutely have been toilets outside in the bar area, and round the pool the toilet is inside in the restaurant, for which you needed to be dry and put a shirt on, or.you got told to leave, inside of having toilets outside you could just go in. We went with a group of 22 people and 7 of the 16 adults eneded up missing numerous days/nights with bad stomachs and just spending days on the toilets. For the price we paid for thr hotel this was very disappointing considering what you can get for the same price.

First time in Egypt , but definitely not the last ! starting with the reception guys , and then all the personal it’s amazing ! Food it’s tasty ! this is important when you choose an all inclusive hotel ! shows amazon every night ! waterpark it’s a big point and also the heated pool ! beach it’s lovely and lots of sun beds available ! I would definitely recommend and definitely get back here

Absolutely perfect cannot fault it apart from the small shops being overall expensive on sight. The staff was what definitely made it! Big shout out to romek the trip organiser such a friendly and lovely man ! And also the cleaner in the beach restaurant always so happy and smiley 😃 it was my 40th and the hotel certainly made it special happy birthday songs cakes bedroom all made up , we will definitely be back again ❤️

Fantastic location, animation team are the best. Food is excellent, good selection of drinks. Barmen at beach bar and lobby bar so friendly and happy. I love this place and can’t wait to come again.
