Beach Albatros Resort

Honestly, I don't even know where to start, but the first thing I have to say is **a heartfelt THANK YOU** to the entire team at **Beach Albatros**. ❤️ The first person I would like to mention is **Mr. Ahmed Eid**, who gave us the warmest and most welcoming reception. What made it even more special was that he had been there last year when I spoke with the hotel manager about some comments and observations I had. When he saw me this year, he told me that he remembered me, remembered our conversation, and remembered all the points I had raised. Most importantly, **all of those points had actually been addressed**. These little details really make a huge difference. It made me feel from the very beginning that I was not just another guest, but that my feedback was genuinely valued and taken seriously. ❤️ **This year, honestly, I couldn't find a single thing to complain about!** 👌❤️ The food was **a thousand times better than my previous stay**, and everything was excellent, especially the **le marche** and all the chefs there, without exception. Their warm welcome, manners, service, professionalism, and cooking skills were all outstanding. The **grill chefs** in particular deserve a very special thank you. 👏❤️ They were incredibly polite, professional, talented, and clearly passionate about what they do. And honestly, I had some dishes here that I have never tasted at this level before! 😍👏 The **grilled chicken, grilled meat, risotto, fettuccine, Umm Ali, teriyaki beef, Indian tikka, fresh vegetables and fresh fruits**, and so many other dishes… **Everything was absolutely delicious!** ❤️ The **Animation Team** were also absolutely amazing! ❤️ They kept the atmosphere fun and lively throughout our entire stay, and I honestly didn't feel bored for even a single moment. And the cleanliness? **Absolutely spotless!** 👌 The entire hotel was exceptionally clean, and you could clearly see the attention to detail everywhere. I would also like to thank the **Aqua Team and Lifeguards** for their kindness, professionalism, great attitude, and respectful way of dealing with guests. ❤️ I have been visiting **Hurghada for 14 years**, and almost every year I used to choose a different hotel because I like trying new places. But this time, something happened for the first time in my life… **I came back to the same hotel!** ❤️ And honestly, I don't think I will need to look for another hotel anymore. **Beach Albatros has now become my first choice in Hurghada**, and Insha'Allah, I will keep coming back every year. You truly have an **amazing and complete team that deserves all the appreciation and recognition**. We had a wonderful stay at Beach Albatros The Club and truly enjoyed every moment. The atmosphere was fantastic, the facilities were great, and the overall service was excellent. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to make sure everything was perfect. A very special thanks to Mr. Al Amir for his brilliant support and exceptional hospitality. He was extremely professional, attentive, and always willing to help. His positive attitude and dedication really made a difference and made our experience even more enjoyable
