Cook's Club El Gouna

We had the best time at Cooks Club, trendy, fun and vibey hotel! Fantastic poolside DJ and insanely good food breakfast, lunch and dinner. All of the team were helpful, specific team members who made out stay excellent: Beshoy was amazing and looked after us all day making great coffee in the morning and being attentive to all our needs poolside throughout the day. Salam also made sure we were very comfortable whenever we were poolside sorting our loungers and also helping us with a private boat booking which was amazing. Would recommend this hotel too for location, one minute walk to downtown and all of the great restaurants there.

This hotel is different from other Cook's Club hotels. Throughout the day from 12 noon to 6pm there's a DJ playing very loud dance music by the social pool area and this music can be heard on the entire site even at the far wing where I had been given apparently a quiet room. The staff are really friendly but the entire concept of day time clubbing by the social pool was intolerable

We stayed at Cook's Club for a week with breakfasts included. And honestly we couldn't get any better hotel. One of the biggest value of this place is outstanding location. It's located right at the entrance to El Gouna Downtown so you have short walk to centre of shops and restaurants; and also connects to El Gouna Lagoon with hotels own small beach. Hotel itself is good looking, it gives this chill, tropical vacation vibe without unnecessary rich-like deco. You feel relaxed just roaming around here. There is a lot of plants around hotel like palm trees, bushes and also flowers so it does feel alive. Amenities for all guests include pool that is clean, a lot of loungers and umbrellas if you need shade. Right at the pool is DJ that plays for major amount of the day, but not at night and at the morning so don't worry you wouldn't get any sleep because of that. We also seen water equipment rental, gym and a lot of hotel activities if you're interested in that such as yoga, cooking classes and so on. Hotel also have a deal with spa next to the hotel and also their own dedicated mobile app which is really helpful about what you can do in the hotel and also you can order stuff through it like spa visit. Restaurant has a lot of great food, we had only breakfasts but you get freshly made pancakes, omelettes, scrambled eggs, bread and a lot of fresh produce such us fruits, cheeses, yoghurts and many more. It's just fully equipped so everyone will find something good to eat. If lunches and dinners are made with the same effort than you won't be disappointed. Drink bar also serves good drinks either with or without alcohol. Rooms are fully equipped, they're nice and comfortable with quiet AC. Beds are comfy and you have plenty room to unpack and store your baggage. You can also get extra amenities like dental kit or sewing kit you just need to ask. The way the stuff cleans rooms depends on you. What I mean by that is hotel has set of rules like if you want clean towels drop them on the floor, if you want your sheets be changed leave info card on bed and also "Please clean / Im fine" door handle sign. It's great option that let you decide what needs to be cleaned but during every cleaning, staff make your beds, clean floor, bathroom and restock room with bottle of mineral water, toilet paper, shower gel if it's empty and so on. Service is really nice and helpful. You can ask them for tips about what is in El Gouna, where to find ATMs, where to exchange currency and so on. Every staff member is polite, happy to help and doesn't call you "boss" like many locals actually do and that feels kinda weird. So don't hesitate to ask staff for any help you need about your stay. Overall it's 10/10 hotel, roaming around El Gouna we saw a lot of other hotels and I believe we couldn't get any better hotel here. If one day we will comeback to El Gouna, we surely going to this hotel again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was excellent, and the staff truly go above and beyond to make sure every guest has a great experience. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The housekeeping was perfect, and the rooms were fresh, clean, and beautifully maintained. The food was also absolutely delicious, definitely a 10/10! Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommended!
