Do not get a blow dry! Staff are very friendly and helpful but advertised and heavily pushed us to get a £10 blow dry which left my hair extremely damaged. They do not provide heat protectant or hair serum during the service leaving hair extremely dry and damaged at the end with tons of split ends. Would not recommend at all. Hotel however was nice and staff friendly

It was a great experience for me to spend my holiday at this hotel. Everything here is wonderful; the food is very good and varied, the rooms are always clean, and I think the hotel's location is ideal and close to everything.

This is my second time here now.. we have met a lovely lady by the name of Julia for the animation time, and you can not fault there happiness and do anything more for you, so fantastic

Staff are not friendly at all , food is not good , room service are reluctant, staff start removing food from open buffet before cutoff time, rooms are not very well maintained , beach closes @ 6:30 pm while sunset is at 7:45 pm and staff starts removing guest in a very early time , I am really disappointed from the level of service
