Everything is good i love it here

We’ve been here four times—first with one child, then with two. It offers an excellent balance of price and quality, plus the unique Red Sea with its magnificent underwater world. The hotel is perfect for a relaxing getaway!

We had a wonderful experience at Mercure Hurghada Hotel. ❤️ The hotel is comfortable and peaceful, with a beautiful atmosphere that makes it a great place to relax and enjoy a holiday. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Mr. Yassin and Mr. Hamada Ezzou for their kindness, attention, and outstanding support throughout our stay. They always made sure that everything was taken care of and truly made our experience even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire Mercure Hurghada team for the wonderful hospitality. Hotel is very nice, staff were all very approachable and very helpful (they were absolutely fantastic) Hotel rooms were clean and tidy and housekeeping attended daily. Only let down was the food i think its more aimed/suited for the vast majority of Soviets that were there during out stay. I played it safe in the morning and atuck to the boiled eggs and porridge some very "interesting" looking dishes.for breakfast, lunch and evening meal. No sign of butter/spread for rolls/bread or toast either Hotel was great, very well kept but food was the let down, we are planning on coming back to egypt and as much as i enjoyed the stay at mercure i dont think we would return
