Best hotel and bast everything exactly one waiter in bar i dont know how is it name but he is the best

We stayed at Aqua Marine for two weeks and overall had a good holiday. The weather was lovely, and the hotel itself is very nice. One downside was the evening entertainment, which wasn’t very good. There wasn’t much happening around the pools at night, and only the main pool had any real activity. It was also very difficult to get a sunbed there unless you got up very early. However, the other pools were quieter and more relaxed, and we never had any trouble finding sunbeds at those throughout the day. The food was okay — there was something for everyone, but it felt quite repetitive as it was mostly the same options each day. Some of the staff could be quite rude at times, with little politeness such as “please” or “thank you.” On the positive side, the cleaner was fantastic and kept our room spotless every day. Be careful when checking your bill at checkout. We had charges added that weren’t ours, and we were also incorrectly charged for paddle tennis after being told it was included. It took three days to resolve, and unfortunately the guest care managers were quite rude during the process. We did a few excursions during our stay. The dolphin swimming boat trip was amazing — the staff and organisers were brilliant, and it was definitely the highlight of our holiday. Horse riding in the sea was also excellent and highly recommended. The jeep, quad bike, and camel ride day was okay, but the camel ride itself was very short (only about five minutes). The shops near the hotel are quite expensive, but if you go a bit further out, prices are much cheaper. We found a supermarket called Spinneys which was great value for snacks and drinks. One thing we didn’t like was the animation team coming around the pool asking guests to write reviews on the spot, which made it difficult to give an honest opinion. For restaurants, we highly recommend visiting the marina. “Go to the Moon” and “Waves” were both excellent. As for the hotel’s à la carte restaurants, the Italian was fantastic, and both the Asian (Maze) and Indian restaurants were also very good. However, we would not recommend the grill restaurant — it was overpriced, and all six of us had a disappointing meal. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but there are definitely areas that could be improved.

What a great hotel and facilities, only let down by a seemingly simple issue that took several staff and managers to “investigate” before it was resolved. Be mindful when asked to sign or put your name on any paperwork, ensure the details of what you are signing for are filled in before you add your name or signature. We booked padel and added names to what we thought was a booking form, this turned out to be an invoice that they added the price too afterwards, fortunately we had not signed to accept the charge. This was then added to our room bill and took several staff/managers from guest relations to “investigate’ with one saying his staffs signature was mine! They were insistent that we had to pay the amount because putting our name on the paper was an acceptance of the charge. When pointed out that I hadn’t signed they then tried to tell me the staff signature was mine! The charge was eventually removed but it lost my trust in the guest relations and front desk staff.

My 2nd visit as this hotel and my parents 4th visit and due to make a return in January and September 2027 because we love it & enjoy it that much! All the staff are so friendly, helpful and are always willing to help you out and do anything for you. Never seen people so polite. Mike our room cleaner was amazing throughout! Brought a tear to our eyes when he came to our room to see us Goodbye, thank you for everything that you’ve done. Amenities are also great, sometimes the flooring can be a little slippery around the pool areas, so just to be that extra careful. As for noise we couldn’t hear a thing! Apart from some neighbours up above trying to move furniture around lol. Value for money I’d say the hotel is worth every single penny, hence our return. We can’t wait to come back to see everyone again .

My husbands wedding ring was stolen from inside the safe (which the staff have access to , I seen them open mine). My earrings were also stolen from the next room. Doors were locked at all times and only staff had access. The hotel is refusing to deal with the situation. Avoid.
