JAZ Aquamarine

We had a wonderful family holiday at Jaz Aquamarine. The hotel is beautiful, the facilities are great and the whole staff was very kind and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and attentive, and the landscaping team worked tirelessly, day and night. Aside from a major issue with flies, the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel was excellent. We stayed for seven nights and didn't see a single bug; the housekeeping was top-notch, the lawns were immaculate, and there were plenty of sun loungers for everyone. The sea was very shallow. In my opinion, the only thing that needed improvement was the furniture in the rooms; items like the doors and wardrobes were quite old and in need of replacement. Also, to be honest, the food in the main restaurant was lacking in both variety and flavor. Apart from that, everything else was generally very good.

It was a wonderful holiday at this extraordinary resort; traveling with two children, we were all very pleased with the services, and the hotel staff was excellent. The entire hotel was very clean, and the food was plentiful, varied, and delicious.

What can I say — our experience was made truly unforgettable by the incredible staff. There are several people who deserve a very special mention because they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, comfortable and genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Firstly, Arafat, our house cleaner, was absolutely outstanding. His communication was excellent, he was always friendly and approachable, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. The room was always beautifully looked after and his attention to detail was fantastic. Arafat is a real credit to the hotel. Secondly, a huge thank you to the wonderful waiters, especially Monir and Mohammed Ali. Their service was exceptional, always delivered with a smile and genuine warmth. Mohammed Ali was such a lovely gentleman and took the time to tell me the story of his father, Ali. It was incredibly heartfelt and touching, and one of those personal conversations that stays with you long after the holiday has finished. Then there is Isaac — what an absolute star! He went above and beyond our expectations every single morning. His coffees were wonderful, but those caramel iced lattes... WOW! I think they may have put a few extra inches on the waistline, but they were worth every single one! 😂 Isaac always started our mornings with a smile and made us feel so well looked after. A very special mention also has to go to Affify, the lifeguard. He went out of his way to make sure our experience was both enjoyable and safe. He would stop and chat with us and told us about his lovely family. He was such a warm, genuine person that after a while he made us feel as though we were part of his family too. That personal connection meant so much to us. Last, but certainly not least, we have to mention the wonderful gentleman Amr who looked after us at the beach huts. but he also works in Nino's Italian Restaurant. He attended to our every need and went above and beyond what we could ever have expected. At Nino's he was the perfect host and made us feel incredibly welcome and special. In fact, the service throughout all of the à la carte restaurants was absolutely fantastic. Every restaurant made us feel welcome and valued rather than simply being another guest. We also visited The Grill steak restaurant, which does carry an additional charge, but in our opinion it was worth every penny. The food, service and overall experience were excellent. What really makes a holiday special isn't just the hotel, the sunshine or the facilities — it's the people. Arafat, Monir, Mohammed Ali, Isaac, Affify and the gentleman Amr from the beach huts/Nino's all helped turn a lovely holiday into one we will remember for a very long time. Thank you to every single one of you for your kindness, your smiles, your conversations and your outstanding service. You are the reason guests want to come back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely fantastic from beginning to end!

One of the best hotel we ever had very clean and everybody is extreemly helpfull the rooms are very big and clean the is average mutch the same but warm and tasty one miner point is the noice of the airconditioning
