BE CAREFUL — VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE My wife’s phone was stolen inside the resort, and we had serious concerns about the involvement of a staff member. What was even worse was the management and security team’s extremely poor response. We received misleading information and were refused access to the CCTV footage when we asked to see it. We were also told there was inadequate camera coverage in parts of the resort. Very poor security, zero transparency, and extremely disappointing management. Guests should be extremely careful with their valuables and not assume they are safe inside this resort.

Very good hotel We had a great stay. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and welcoming Hesham, who took care of our room, was amazing. He was always kind, caring, quick and efficient our room was always perfectly clean and well maintained

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our summer vacation. Everything was truly enjoyable, from the beautiful atmosphere and excellent service to the welcoming and attentive staff. The hospitality made the experience feel extra special, and we genuinely enjoyed every moment of our stay. We came as a couple on our first holiday and had the most amazing time. The staff are all extremely friendly and go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. The rooms are always clean, the pool area is fantastic with a convenient pool bar with great drinks. The food is also delicious with a great variety too. We would definitely recommend this hotel as it offers something for everyone whether you are a couple, family or friends. Thank you very much ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a wonderful stay at this resort in Hurghada. From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The hotel is beautiful, clean and very well maintained, with a relaxing atmosphere and excellent facilities. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and always ready to help. A special mention to the animation team, who were energetic, professional and made the stay even more enjoyable, and also Beverage Team Mister "Ahmed SAIED" and front Desk Agent Mr BRAHIM The food was very good, with a nice variety of choices, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The pool area and the overall resort atmosphere were excellent. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday in Hurghada. I would happily come back again!
