JAZ Casa Del Mar Resort

I had a wonderful stay at this resort in Hurghada. From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The hotel is beautiful, clean and very well maintained, with a relaxing atmosphere and excellent facilities. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and always ready to help. A special mention to the animation team, who were energetic, professional and made the stay even more enjoyable, and also Beverage Team Mister "Ahmed SAIED" and front Desk Agent Mr BRAHIM The food was very good, with a nice variety of choices, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The pool area and the overall resort atmosphere were excellent. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday in Hurghada. I would happily come back again!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment of our vacation. The hotel itself is beautiful, very well maintained, and offers a relaxing atmosphere that made us feel comfortable from the very first day. What really made our experience special was the incredible staff. Everyone was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. A special thank you goes to Hazem, who provided outstanding service throughout our stay. His professionalism, kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests made a huge difference to our holiday. The combination of the beautiful hotel, excellent service, and warm hospitality created an unforgettable experience for us. We had an amazing time here and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Jill and I visited this beautiful hotel with the most amazing and friendly staff They couldn’t do enough for us the whole time After a couple of little issues which were sorted promptly it turned into the best week and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anybody Once again Thankyou Casa del Mar

If it will be possible, i will give 9 Stars from the bottom of my heart. We have a wonderful and amazing holiday in this hotel!! The Hotel, the Management and special the Staff are fantastic!!! Mr. Ibrahim and Mr. Youssef was on our side, when we need help. Thank you sooooooooo much. Hazem from the poolbar was always friendly, smiling and Looking After us - thank you. The housekeeping from our Room 2084 give as every day a smile when we come back to our room.....He make a great job!! Special thanks also to our Boys from the loppy Bar: ahmed was always very professionell and friendly. For Hamdy i find no words. You feel and See that he love his job. He is always friendly, Funny, joking, let us smile, Run for us and give you always good informations when you ask for something. Abdo is our barangel!! He really make the best Cocktail with or without alcohol. He give you daily a smile, what let you also smile even its 5 a.m. He is sooooooooo friendly and make everything for you feel good and happy!! Mr. Mahran is always on your side when you need something or you want something with a lovely, warm smile. The Boys in the Restaurant are always friendly and smiling. Special thanks also to Emma, Tiger and Julia from the Animation Team. Its not always easy for them, but they never let you feel this!! Your smiling, your funny ways to entertain us and the lovely talk we will keep it in our heart!!! I can write sooooooo much more nice Things about this hotel but it will be to much. I say it again: a lovely and amazing hotel!! You feel the Passion and the good vibes!! It was now my second time here in this hotel, and 10.000% it will be not the last one.
