Amazing first meeting with the hotel, this was exactly what we needed, no hassle, no thinking about the next food moment, hotel looked very high-end, the kind of attention for detail we as a busy family like.

I had such an amazing holiday. The hotel was beautiful and clean. The staff are so friendly and welcoming thank you.

Our time in the JAZ Asteria was a great experience. Great Hotel (very new) with great food and extraordinary service level. We enjoyed every minute of our 14 days stay. You can feel that the management behind the scenes and the training of the staff on very high level.

From the very first moment we arrived at JAZ Elite Asteria, we knew this hotel was something special. As soon as we entered the reception, we were welcomed by a beautiful fresh citrus fragrance filling the entire lobby. It immediately created an atmosphere of luxury, freshness and relaxation. And this was only the beginning. It is just our first day here, and we are already genuinely amazed. The rooms are absolutely fantastic. Our room feels more like a small luxury apartment than a hotel room – spacious, beautifully designed, extremely comfortable and finished to a very high standard. And the view from our room is simply breathtaking. Looking out over the sea, the pools and the whole resort is something difficult to describe in words. The pools are wonderful, the water is warm and perfect even for children, and the whole hotel area is beautifully maintained. Our children, who have already travelled with us to many places, said something today that probably says more than any review ever could: “This is the best holiday of our lives.” The food is another level entirely. We have previously stayed in other JAZ hotels and always had very good experiences, but JAZ Elite Asteria is honestly beyond the scale. Here, going to a restaurant does not feel like a typical all-inclusive buffet experience where you stand in queues waiting for food. You are welcomed, looked after and served with incredible attention. The level of service makes you feel as if you were dining in a Michelin-starred restaurant rather than in a large resort. The staff are professional, friendly, attentive and make you feel genuinely special. Beautiful rooms, spectacular views, excellent food, warm pools, wonderful service, an incredible atmosphere and attention to every detail. If the rest of our stay continues like this, JAZ Elite Asteria may easily become the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Absolutely outstanding. 10/10 does not feel enough. Thank you to the entire JAZ Elite Asteria team for making the beginning of our holiday so unforgettable. ❤️

Our stay was so good ! The rooms are really huge, the hotel is looking really good and everything from the security to the check-in and the food was perfect ! Everyone was so nice but we would like to personally thanks Ahmed, Khaled, Abd El Rahman, Sayed and the manager Mr Obama from Aurora main restaurant for their kindness, their little “parties” with the drum and their sens of humor. We also want to thank Abd Elrahman, the housekeeper, for the towels sculptures and his kindness. Last but not least, huge thanks to Atef at the golf cart rental for his patience and his joy.
