JAZ Makadi Aquaviva

We came with another family and we truly enjoyed our stay. The place is extremely clean and very ambient. The staff is extremely friendly from the restaurant to the pool crew to the Aqua park and everywhere else. These people are truly well selected.

Everything here couldn’t be closer to being perfect except for 3 staff members who treated us with disgust and very unwelcoming, But one person who made our stay way better was Ahmed who was a waiter in the main buffet who had a contagious smile and worked with passion and live for his job. Other than that the hotel has great amenities, facilities, and events and a great spot for family vacation.

It was an amazing experience everyone is helpful specially Mr. Mohamed fahmy at the reception he was extremely helpful made sure that our stay was extraordinary Everyone at the reception are very professional and helpful

2nd time here and like returning to family, your orders were remembered, nothing is too much for the staff to ensure you have the best time, big shout out to Mohammed at the pool, and Mohammed at the restaurant

This is our second time in this hotel. Staff are fantastic and friendly they can’t do enough for you. Lovely hotel and great location. Mohamed from the pool was amazing he was super helpful and always had a smile on his face.
