JAZ Makadi Saraya Resort

We really enjoyed our stay in Jazz Saray hotel. The cleaning the food and people that work there is excellent.

This hotel is brilliant, we had a 2 bed apartment and it was huge and spotlessly cleaned every day by our cleaner Taha who amazed us most days with his towel animals, The hotel is brilliant the grounds are very nice and well kept by a army of gardeners who work very hard from morning till night. The lifeguards round the pool are awesome always eagle eyed on the pool especially Ahmed who can't do enough for you he's a good kid. The waiters round the pool are hilarious fighting over who will get your drink faster usually Mohamed and Ahmed . The animation team are also top notch and full of energy especially Zozz and the highly animated Abdul who is hilarious and never stops. One other person id like to mention is Ahmed the waiter that works at the shisha during the nighttime entertainment hes like a mini drink serving whirlwind with a smile (your glass is never empty). Would i recommend this hotel, yes i would the only thing I'd say is be ready for the heat if you come in August, it's like living in the devil's armpit. Thank God the aircon in the rooms is on point and freezing cold.

We had a wonderful time! The hotel was amazing, everything was great. Special thanks to Mina at reception for his excellent service. We’ll definitely be back!

The hotel is super clean & well maintained, the rooms are spacious with an amazing view, staff is very helpful & professional specially Mr Mohamed Nada , Mr Reda from front seat and Toka from the secondary restaurant, I loved the beach & the snacks bar was very convenient
