I had a great stay here! The staff and volunteers were exceptionally cooperative and helpful throughout my visit. The room was very clean, comfortable, and relaxing, and the Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable. I really enjoyed my time and would gladly recommend this place to others. ​The location is very convenient, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and peaceful. The room was clean, comfortable, and very quiet, allowing for a great night's rest. The staff and volunteers were exceptionally cooperative and helpful throughout my visit. With fast Wi-Fi and top-notch service, it offers very good value for money. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it!

I had an excellent experience during my stay at the hotel. Everything was truly wonderful, from the facilities , location , Rooms , cleaning, food to the overall atmosphere. What stood out the most was the reception team, who made my stay exceptional with their professionalism and warm hospitality. This hotel is a great value hotel with superb staff & service. We booked an 11 day holiday to Hurgarda very last minute and were so pleased we chose this hotel - we could not recommend it enough. We arrived at 3am and were swiftly checked in and provided with option for a snack bags. We were taken to our room which was massive - 2 bed, 3 bathroom with a small kitchenette - it was huge. Perfect for our family of 5. Some may argue that some of the decor is a little dated/worn in places but for us the space was much more important. We loved our room - it was quiet (never heard a soul). It was well cleaned on a daily basis with fresh towels and new bottles of water provided in the fridge. The hotel vibe is really chilled - we had such a relaxing holiday. It is not a huge hotel but I think that is part of its charm. The restaurant is spacious - no trouble in getting seated and the food is a good variety. It is actually a surprisingly relaxing atmosphere. The highlight for me was finding out what was the charcoal grilled food of the day. All of the children would find something that they would like and if not then the staff were so accomodating for our daughter who can be fussy. In the evening the rooftop bar is a lovely place to chill out - be sure to pop up there for sunset before dinner - some lovely views and again a real chilled vibe. The animation team were fun with various activities around the pool etc. They werent too in your face and if you politely declined they were happy to accept it. The kids club is a nice feature that runs couple hours in the morning and couple of hours in the afternoon - great for the kids to cool off and have some downtime. Location - the hotel location is about a 15 minute walk/2 min hotel shuttle bus to the beach. Beach is nice with plenty of umbrellas/sunbeds with plenty of good snorkelling (take water shoes and the rocks in the shallows can be sharp). The hotel all inclusive deal is valid at the beach cafe which does a good selection of basic lunch / drinks. Also included in the hotel stay is a shuttle bus to the Makadi Waterpark - again included as part of hotel package - a great water park with plenty of slides / entertainment - with lunch / snacks / drinks all included. Finally I felt that the jewel in the crown for the hotel is the staff and the service. A friendly, hard working collective who do the best to ensure you have the best time. P.S. Recommended expeditions - Sunrise horse ride down to the beach (even my 5yr old was riding her own horse) / Snorkelling

The resort is stunning, beautifully maintained, and The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the overall amenities and pools exceeded my expectations. ​A special and heartfelt thank you to the entire staff for their warmth and top-notch hospitality. We had an excellent stay at the hotel and were very impressed with the overall experience. The check-in process was smooth and well organized, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The swimming pools were also exceptionally clean. The reception team was highly responsive and professional. Whenever we needed anything, our requests were handled promptly and efficiently. The restaurant was excellent, with a very professional team of chefs and a great selection of food. The evening entertainment was also diverse and enjoyable, with a variety of shows and activities. All the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would be very happy to return in the future.
