JAZ Soma Beach

We stayed at Jaz Soma Beach Hotel with our family of 8 a few weeks ago, and what an amazing time we had! We’ve visited several all-inclusive resorts, but the service, kindness and genuine care we received here are truly incomparable. A huge thank you to Ahmed by the pool, Mohammed at the shisha bar and Ahmed at the beach restaurant. You all went above and beyond to make our holiday special. Ahmed’s positivity always made us smile, Mohammed made sure we had everything we needed in the evenings, and Ahmed at the beach restaurant made us feel so welcome. We built such a lovely bond with you all, and you made our family feel genuinely cared for. When my mum was feeling unwell, the staff even offered to make her a special soup. Such a thoughtful gesture that meant so much to us! The resort is clean and beautifully maintained, and a big thank you to the housekeeping team for keeping our rooms lovely every day, leaving fresh towels and adorable towel animals. They even tucked my son’s Woody toy into bed, which made him smile so much! It’s the people who make this hotel truly special. Every little act of kindness made a difference, and we’ll remember the warmth and happiness you brought to our holiday for a long time. From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, from all 8 of us! You made our holiday unforgettable, and we genuinely hope to see you all again one day. An Amazing Holiday – Highly Recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful holiday at this hotel and enjoyed every moment of our stay! From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome. The hotel has a beautiful atmosphere, friendly staff, and excellent hospitality that made our vacation truly special. 🏨 Hotel & Rooms: The hotel is very beautiful, well-organized, and has a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable, and the hotel team does its best to make guests feel at home. The gardens and outdoor areas are lovely, creating the perfect environment for a relaxing holiday. 🍽️ Food & Restaurants: The food offers a good variety, with different options to choose from. We especially enjoyed the meals and the friendly service in the restaurants. The restaurant staff work hard to make sure guests have a pleasant dining experience. 🏖️ Beach & Swimming Pools: The beach is a wonderful place to relax, enjoy the sunshine, and spend quality time with family and friends. The swimming pools are great for both adults and children. The whole resort offers a lovely holiday atmosphere where everyone can find something to enjoy. 🎉 Animation & Entertainment: The entertainment team deserves special recognition! The animation program offers enjoyable activities during the day, as well as entertaining evening shows. The music, games, and children's disco create a fun atmosphere for guests of all ages. The animation team is friendly, energetic, and always trying to make guests smile. 😊 Staff & Hospitality: One of the best things about this hotel is the staff. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and welcoming. A special thank-you to the Guest Relations team for their attention, professionalism, and willingness to help whenever needed. They regularly check whether guests are satisfied and do their best to solve any problems quickly. The entire team works hard to ensure that guests enjoy their holiday, and their kindness makes a real difference

We were here for 10 days, and we couldn't find one bad thing about it... Food: exceptional, the variety is large, all the salads were fresh, deserts also, the meat is very well prepared with not too much spices (just how we like). We also visited both a la carte restaurants and couldn't decide which one was better Rooms: spacious, brand new, extremely clean (not what I'm used to in Egypt), generally the hotels hygiene was perfect, we couldn't find one dirty spot, which we were amazed by. Housekeeping done every day, towels changed, everything refilled, very appreciated Staff: so friendly and polite, every single one of them deserve praise. This was especially surprising, because of the number of staff, we couldn't believe that literally EVERYONE was so nice to us and serving. I have to say the management of the hotel is aparently doing it's job well! The beach: very clean, close by is a bar which you can easily reach but also the waiters come to your sunbed and bring drinks, which is a huge plus. The sunbeds are usually taken by 9 a.m. since it's a small beach, so I suggest you come before then The pool: again, clean and pleasant, the bar staff iz amazing One thing that stood out for us is the security of the hotel, in the far entrance gate nobody can come through without some kind of ID, so it feels very safe staying in this hotel. All in all, if I could give this hotel 10 stars, I would, and a special thank you to Chef Ahmed, we can't wait to come again just for the donuts! :)

Pools and beach: Two large, similar pools, very quiet in early October. The water is chilly at first, but you get used to it. Small swim-up bar and a fun water playground for kids. The beach is small but very clean and well kept. Sunbeds get reserved with towels from around 6:30 am. We raised this, the staff apologised and promised to set up beds for us whenever we asked. Room: Our premium room was spacious with comfortable beds. Wi-Fi was good. Extras: The massage salon (extra charge) was excellent. The gym is small but well equipped and clean. Skip the on-site shops selling fake designer sunglasses, shoes and bags. On weekends, staff approach you more often to sell excursions; a friendly "no thank you" is enough. Tips: • Taxis booked at reception are very expensive. We were quoted 40 € to the Soma Bay peninsula, while the inDrive app showed around 4 € for the same route. • For snorkelling, walk south along the beach to the pier at the Mövenpick. It's free to access, with lots of fish and coral. Closer to the hotel there are fewer fish, but you may spot a gentle sea turtle. Overall a very lovely stay, and we would go back.

Jaz Soma Beach is the best hotel we have stayed in. It ticks all our boxes. We have been lots of times and we will keep going back. All the hotel staff are brilliant. There is nothing they wouldn't do for you. Every day Julia and Nasser (guest relations) or somebody from their team come round the pool and make sure everything is ok and that there are no problems. One day, one of the lights round our mirror started flashing. We mentioned it and maintenance were straight round. Service from everybody is second to none. Mr Mohammed runs a tight ship. He has made numerous changes since we first started going - all for the better. They are always looking for ways to make changes to improve the hotel and they do listen to guests feedback. He makes all guests feel very welcome and special. Our room was kept immaculate as usual. Absolutely perfect thanks to wonderful Ibrahim.....thank you. Entertainment is also good and plenty of variety.,,,,, the noise level stops around 11pm (but the bars stay open). This enables everybody to get a good nights sleep. 2 restaurants (and 2 special restaurants) manage to always provide food for every nationality. Well done chef Mostafa. Too many waiters and pool staff to mention but a big thank you to you all. All I can say is guests are always very well looked after and we can't wait to go back.
